| Objective:1.Analysis histological location of the embryological fusion plane of the pancreas;2.To build three-dimensional model of the pancreatic head based on the embryological fusion plane;3.To provide the morphological parameters of the pancreatic head for the convenience of basic and clinical research of the pancreas;4.Provide assistance for basic and clinical research of the pancreas.Methods:1.According to the normal pancreatic head specimens provided by the Anatomy Department of Nanjing Medical University,the distribution of embryonic fusion surface was analyzed by immunohistochemical staining(The staining index is human pancreatic polypeptide,Anti-Pancreatic Polypeptide).2.The imaging data of 35 patients with epigastric enhanced CT in The Affiliated Changzhou No.2 People’s Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were collected.The three-dimensional image reconstruction system of pancreatic head was established by Hisense computer-assisted surgery system(CAS).Analysis and measurement of morphological parameters of normal pancreatic head.Results:1.Immunohistochemical detection of normal pancreatic head tissue verified the previous studies on the localization of embryological fusion plane.The histologically positioning method can successfully carried out on the CT sections.2.A three-dimensional reconstruction model of the pancreatic head which contained the embryological fusion plane,head dorsal segment of pancreas and ventral segment of pancreas was successfully built based on a healthy Han female adult.3.The morphological results showed that the average volume of the pancreatic head,head dorsal segment and ventral segment of pancreas were 32.80±8.15(cm~3),22.21±6.94(cm~3),and 10.59±3.87(cm~3),respectively.The proportion of the head of dorsal segment of pancreas and ventral segment of pancreas to the total volume of the pancreatic head was 67.71%and 32.29%respectively,and the area of the embryological fusion plane was 12.46±3.20(cm~2).Conclusions:The localization of the embryological fusion plane in histoembryology and tomography has been verified.It is feasible and practical to build a three-dimensional visualization reconstruction of the pancreatic head based on the embryological fusion plane by using a 3D computer system and has clinical application value.This establishment of this model can provide a new method/tool for the research work on the pancreas. |
