The aging of the population has become one of the major challenges facing our country.As the life expectancy of the elderly population increases,the proportion of disabled and semi-disabled elderly population is gradually increasing,and the elderly have to face the dual pressure of medical care and pensions.Under this realistic background,my country is the first to propose a new model of old-age care combined with medical care.In recent years,a series of guidelines and policies have been formulated to promote the development of the integration of medical and elderly care.At the same time,all parts of the society are actively responding to the establishment of integrated medical and elderly care institutions.However,different problems have been highlighted in the specific service process,which reduces the experience of the elderly.As the elderly who live in,as the main body of directly enjoying elderly care services,their own satisfaction is an important indicator to measure the level of elderly care services in institutions that integrate medical care and elderly care.Therefore,this article takes Harbin as an example.Through the evaluation and analysis of the satisfaction of the elderly living in the integrated medical and elderly institutions on the elderly care services,it has important practical significance for improving the satisfaction of the elderly in the integrated medical and elderly care institutions in this area.First,it analyzes the relevant literature research and analysis of the elderly care services in domestic and foreign medical and elderly care institutions,and draws on the ACSI model to analyze the five aspects of perceived service quality,perceived value,elderly satisfaction,elderly complaints and elderly trust,and build Theoretical model of the satisfaction degree of elderly care services in Harbin medical and elderly care institutions.At the same time,a feasible questionnaire was developed,and the elderly who stayed in the integrated medical care institution were selected as the research object,and the questionnaire was distributed and sorted to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.Secondly,it explores and analyzes the influence of demographic variable differences on the satisfaction of elderly care services in integrated medical and elderly care institutions,and finally uses AMOS23.0 to test the data fitting.The final empirical research conclusions show that the elderly are generally at a moderate level of satisfaction with the elderly care services of integrated medical and elderly care institutions.Among them,the four demographic variables of age,physical health,interpersonal relationship of the organization,and personal monthly income will have different effects on the satisfaction of the elderly.At the same time,both perceived service quality and perceived value positively affect the satisfaction of the elderly,and the satisfaction of the elderly has a negative impact on the complaints of the elderly,and has a positive impact on the trust of the elderly.Perceived service quality and perceived value are positively correlated,while elderly complaints and elderly trust are negatively correlated.Finally,based on the empirical analysis results of this article,suggestions and countermeasures are put forward to improve the satisfaction of the elderly care services of the integrated medical and elderly care institutions in Harbin,based on the actual situation,improve the quality of the elderly care services of the integrated medical and elderly care institutions,enhance the satisfaction of the elderly,and improve the elderly’s satisfaction with the institutions The recognition and trust of Harbin has also played a guiding role in the future development of elderly care services in Harbin medical and elderly care institutions.
