Study On The Experience And Characteristics Of Nie Shangheng’s Treatment Of Smallpox

The understanding of smallpox made great progress by doctors in Ming Dynasty.Nie Shangheng is a famous pediatrician in this period,especially good at the diagnosis and treatment of smallpox.At present,most of the research on the treatment of smallpox by Nie Shangheng lies in the summary of his works by modern scholars.At present,few scholars study the experience and characteristics of smallpox from Nie Shangheng’s own time.This study takes Nie Shangheng’s "Douzhen huoyou xinfa" as the main research object,and combines the relevant literature,uses the contrast,the analysis,the induction method,carries on the Nie Shangheng smallpox treatment experience and the characteristic research,divides into five parts concretely.The first chapter is a brief introduction of Nie Shangheng’s life and main works,and studies his influence on Nie Shangheng’s theory of smallpox from the aspects of his time,family,social growth background and life experience;the second chapter is the historical evolution of smallpox.The author makes a brief review of the and treatment of smallpox from Jin Dynasty to Ming Dynasty,and provides background reference for analyzing Nie Shangheng’s experience and characteristics of smallpox treatment;the third chapter is Nie Shangheng’s experience of smallpox treatment,from etiology,disease course division,syndrome differentiation and treatment;The fourth chapter is the characteristics of the treatment of Nie Shangheng pox sores,which is analyzed and summarized from the aspects of treatment principle,key points of syndrome differentiation,treatment of syndrome differentiation and nursing.The fifth chapter is the discussion part,makes the further analysis,the induction and the summary to this research content.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: Nie Shangheng’s life experience has an important influence on his academic thought and clinical style;from the review of the development history of smallpox,we can see that Nie Shangheng’s theory on smallpox has developed on the basis of inheriting the previous generation of doctors and combining with the actual situation of Ming Dynasty,which has both characteristics and times;Nie Shangheng discusses the disease of smallpox in three parts,with rich and complete experience;Nie Shangheng on smallpox treatment of the characteristics of the body now," on the treatment of smallpox,caring for " point of view,reflects Nie’s humanistic care for pediatric patients;On the basis of accurate grasp of smallpox disease essence,boldly put forward the point of " smallpox is not easy to treat ",for smallpox prevention and prevention and control of the "pre-release pox poxvirus" and other disadvantages played a good role in correcting;Compared with the three methods of cold,warm and cool,the treatment of smallpox is more important and close to the clinic,while the adjustment and protection of smallpox runs through the whole process,and caution always has the thought of "disease differentiation and treatment ",which enriches the theoretical connotation of Wen Bu School in the treatment of acne rash in Ming Dynasty.
