Objective To analyze the possible factors for recurrence of choledocholithiasis in patients treated with retrograde endoscopic cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods A total of 256 patients with choledocholithiasis who underwent ERCP lithotomy at the endoscopy center of our hospital from December 2016 to December2019 were included in the study, and the 256 patients were followed up regularly for at least 6 months. The 17 patients with recurrence were classified as the recurrence group and the remaining 239 patients were classified as non-recurrence group.Retrospective analysis was made on whether the general conditions, biliary tract conditions, calculus conditions, laboratory tests and surgical methods of the two groups were statistically significant. Results A total of 256 patients were included in this study,17 of whom had recurrence of symptomatic stones at least 6 months after surgery, and the recurrence rate was 6.6%.The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in age, previous cholecystectomy, widest diameter of common bile duct, largest stone diameter and the number of stones between the recurrence group and the non-recurrence group.(P<0.05 ~ P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis of these significant factors showed that history of cholecystectomy, maximum stone diameter, and number of calculi were independent risk factors for stone recurrence after ERCP.Conclusion For patients with older age, previous cholecystectomy, wide diameter of common bile duct, large stone diameter and large number, preoperative evaluation, intraoperative specification, postoperative prevention and enhanced follow-up must be done to reduce the recurrence of stones. |
