| This thesis aims to explore the difficulties in the professional development of the“double-qualified” teachers of Rehabilitation Therapy major in secondary vocational health schools,try to put forward effective countermeasures and methods to solve current problems,provide reference for the establishment of local policies and school systems,and promote the research process of the professional development of “double-qualified” teachers of Rehabilitation Therapy major of secondary vocational health schools.In order to clarify the factors that affect the development of Rehabilitation Therapy major teachers in secondary vocational health schools and the differences in group development of each factor,and reveal their professional development process,this research uses literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,statistical analysis method to carry out an empirical investigation on the status quo of the professional development of the “double-qualified” teachers of Rehabilitation Therapy major in four secondary vocational health schools in Guangdong Province.The above methods are used to investigate the importance and conformity of the content of each content in the three dimensions of professional philosophy and teacher ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability of the “doublequalified” teachers in the Rehabilitation Therapy major of secondary vocational health schools.Put forward feasible strategies and specific measures that can promote the professional development of “double-qualified” teachers in the Rehabilitation Therapy major of secondary vocational health schools,and provide useful references for the sustainable promotion of teacher professional development and the improvement of the quality of health vocational education.This thesis is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is introduction.This part mainly introduces the background of the research topic,the research purpose,the research significance,the literature review of domestic and foreign research,the definition of the main concepts,and the research ideas and methods.The second part is the investigation of the basic situation of the “double-qualified”teachers of Rehabilitation Therapy major in secondary vocational health schools.This part mainly introduces the survey object and purpose,survey design,and basic situation of the“double-qualified” teachers of Rehabilitation Therapy major in secondary vocational health schools.The third part is the investigation of the professional development of the“double-qualified” teachers of Rehabilitation Therapy major in secondary vocational health schools.This part includes the analysis of the results of the questionnaire and the content and analysis of teacher interviews.The teacher professional development questionnaire divides teacher professional development into three dimensions(that is,professional philosophy and teacher ethics,professional knowledge,and professional ability)and two aspects(that is,importance and conformity)to conduct a survey.Likert Scale will be used in the survey.In the interview,a total of five teachers were selected for interviews based on Huberman’s teacher career life cycle stage theory.They were teachers who were in the entry period,the stable period,the experimental and divergent period,the calm and conservative period,and the retirement period.The interviewed teachers in the last three stages are required to have manager status and participate in school education management at different levels.The fourth part is the cause analysis and path exploration of the professional development of the “double-qualified” teachers of Rehabilitation Therapy major in secondary vocational health schools.Based on the survey results and teacher interviews,this part analyzes the causes of problems in the three dimensions of professional philosophy and teacher ethics,professional knowledge,and professional ability in the “double-qualified”teachers of the Rehabilitation Therapy major in secondary vocational health schools.According to the previous analysis,suggestions are made on the professional development path of teachers at the national policy level,school level and teacher level respectively,and the path strategy is implemented from multiple angles and levels to promote the professional development of teachers.The fifth part is the conclusion.This part mainly summarizes the research and presents research conclusions and prospects. |
