As one of the organizational patterns of Medical Association,the Specialist Alliance have good social benefits in patients’ medical treatment.To give full play to the division of labor and cooperation of specialized alliances can realize the sinking of high-quality specialized resources in the region,improving the lack of technical capabilities at the grassroots level,and satisfying the goal of homogenization of medical services.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable index system to evaluate the operation management of alliance units can effectively improve the operation efficiency and medical treatment capacity of the alliance.Based on this,this study combined with trauma specialist advantage resources in the area of jiangsu province,supported by focal technical force,on the basis of "alliance" with members of the unit to carry out research,personnel training,the status quo of clinical technical support cooperation,build a set of evaluation index system of trauma care alliance operation management in jiangsu province,and using analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to determine index weight,The important factors affecting the operation and management level of Jiangsu Trauma Treatment Alliance were screened and discussed,so as to provide more timely,efficient and high-quality medical services for patients in the region.First of all,based on the concepts and theories related to the operation management evaluation of the trauma treatment alliance,this paper analyzes the general situation and specific practices of the trauma treatment alliance in Jiangsu Province through interviews and field research.Secondly,based on the review of the current situation of Jiangsu Trauma Treatment Alliance,a large number of indicators were selected from policy materials and domestic and foreign literatures.Under the guidance of the scientific and systematic principle,the oriented principle,the SMART principle and the consistency principle of strategic goals,and the Delphi method,A set of evaluation index system for operation management of Jiangsu Trauma Treatment Alliance was constructed,which consisted of 6 first-level indexes and 25 second-level indexes.Specific evaluation objectives of operation management were proposed and scoring standards were formulated from the aspects of infrastructure construction,medical service,scientific research innovation,teaching and training,operation mechanism,linkage and collaboration,etc.The constructed index system could be used for periodic self-evaluation and self-feedback of trauma treatment alliance,and continuously improve the treatment capacity of trauma treatment alliance.Finally,combined with the index weight,the following suggestions are put forward for the application of the operation management index system of Jiangsu Trauma Treatment Alliance:First,improve the management system and operation mechanism,improve the feasibility of the evaluation index system,ensure the operation of the standardized process,and provide institutional guarantee for two-way referral within the alliance;Second,strengthen the information construction,mainly including the construction of regional trauma treatment special disease database in the future information construction,and broaden the information financing channels to introduce social investment and bank investment,establish a unified information platform to improve the regional alliance unit linkage communication path;Third,through the scientific research innovation transformation platform,further strengthen the specialty characteristics,to achieve the breakthrough of new therapies and new technologies;Fourth,regular evaluation of the trauma treatment alliance is an important way to continuously improve the operation and management of the alliance.
