Objective:Application value of left ventricular pressure-strain loop non-invasive myocardial work technique to evaluate left ventricular function in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus with different activities. Methods:From September 2019 to December 2020,106 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(93 females and 12 males)and 45 healthy adults were selected to come to the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology,Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University.Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were divided into two groups according to the SLEDAI-2000 scoring system, the disease-active group(SLEDAI>10 points)and the disease-inactive group(SLEDAI≤10 points). All subjects underwent conventional transthoracic echocardiography to obtain GLS conventional echocardiographic parameters.Acquire dynamic images of three cones-cutive cardiac cycles of the left ventricular apical three-chamber view, apical four-chamber view, and apical two-chamber view, and import the Echo Pac software for tracing and analysis, and obtain the left ventricular global longitudinal strain(left ventricular global longitudinal strain).,GLS)and myocardial work related parameters: Global Work Index(GWI);Global Constructive Work(GCW);Global Work Waste(GWW);Global Work Efficiency(GWW)).Compare the parameter differences between the groups.Pearson correlation coefficient is used to evaluate the correlation between two variables.Result:⑴ The analysis of variance among the three groups showed that there were no statistically significant differences in age, body surface area, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, and E/e’ among the groups.⑵Compared with the control group and the A group, the LAD and diastolic blood pressure of the B group increased, and the LVEF decreased(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.⑶ The analysis of variance between the three groups showed that GLS,GWI,GCW,and GWE all decreased, and GWW increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,GLS,GWI,GCW,GWW,GWE in group A were not statistically different;GLS,GWI,GCW,GWE in group B were all decreased, and GWW increased(P<0.05).Compared with group A,GLS,GWI,GCW,and GWE in group B were all decreased, and GWW increased(P<0.05).⑷ GWW and SLEDAI were positively correlated in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(r=0.521,P < 0.01),and GWE and SLEDAI were negatively correlated(r=-0.611,P<0.01),and there was a significant correlation. Conclusion:The left ventricular pressure-strain loop has a certain correlation with SLEDAI.It can provide a new method for evaluating heart damage in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Effective monitoring and evaluation play an important role in optimizing treatment to the maximum extent.
