With the rise and development of "Internet + health" and the improvement of mobile Internet penetration, the limit of time and space is broken, the traditional way of seeking medical service has been changed, and online registration as a product of "Internet + medical treatment",is the first step of medical treatment only.Exploring the development of the online medical care in our province by study of the willing to use registration online has important practical significance. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that affect the willing to use online registration in Shanxi Province, and the relationship between the variables, and to put forward the hypothesis. On the basis of the questionnaire survey,SPSS 26.0 software was used to obtain 7 variables through factor analysis, and the 7 variables were classified into three dimensions of user, platform and situation respectively. On this basis, correlation test was conducted to verify the hypothesis proposed. At the same time, the difference analysis of demographic characteristics and dependent variable "willingness to use online registration" was conducted to explore the impact of demographic factors on the willingness to use online registration of residents in Shanxi Province. Finally, the real demand for online registration of residents was summarized through in-depth interviews. The research shows that the awareness rate of online registration among urban and rural residents in Shanxi Province is high(>80%),while the utilization rate is low(<50%).The results of correlation test show that the willingness to use online registration is positively correlated with users’ self-efficacy,network skills and innovative attitude, platform perceived effectiveness and perceived ease of use, while negatively correlated with platform perceived risk and individual physical condition perception. The difference test results show that there are significant differences in education level, age and occupation in online registration, while there are no significant differences in gender, residence, marital status and income and willingness to use online registration.Through in-depth interviews,it is found that the core information demand of urban and rural residents in Shanxi Province is the choice of doctors and departments.Although they are satisfied with the information provided by the registration platform, they rely more on interpersonal channels. In addition, the estimation of potential behavioral cost, the technical stability of the platform and the demand intensity of the expert are also the influencing factors of residents’ willingness to use the online registration. In view of the above conclusions, the study believes that it is necessary to improve the utilization rate of online registration from the aspects of enhancing the communication effect, improving the technical stability of the platform, and improving the health information literacy of residents,so as to save and balance the medical resources.
