After the reform and opening up,the economy has continued to move forward,the quality of the Chinese people has greatly improved,the awareness of self-protection and health has also been improved,and the quality of hospital medical services has also increased day by day.With the support of the state and the efforts of the Chinese people,my country’s medical and health services have developed rapidly,and various medical standards have continued to increase.However,the contradictions between doctors and patients have become more and more obvious,and medical disputes have become more and more diverse.As far as the root causes of medical disputes are concerned,insufficient internal management of hospitals,personal qualities of medical workers,and patient factors may affect the occurrence and development of medical disputes in hospitals.The frequent occurrence of medical disputes has adversely affected the order,economy and image of the hospital.How to scientifically prevent and respond to medical disputes and protect the legitimate rights and interests of patients and their families is one of the key issues that major hospitals are paying more attention to.This is also a difficult issue in current hospital management.This article takes X hospital as an example,uses the method of case analysis to conduct an in-depth analysis of the actual situation of the current hospital medical dispute crisis management,and combines the 4R model to reduce emergency management from hospital medical dispute management,emergency management at the preparatory stage,and response stage Based on the emergency management and emergency management measures in the recovery phase,the current hospital medical dispute management has basic problems such as insufficient understanding of crisis management,crisis early warning,insufficient construction of handling mechanisms,and insufficient construction of related systems.The main reasons are explored from the perspectives of the hospital,the patients and their families,the government level,and social media.Based on this,this article will give some reasonable suggestions on the reduction of medical disputes and the relaxation of the doctor-patient relationship.Just as hospitals must have a clear understanding of medical dispute crisis management,improve the medical dispute crisis management mechanism,strengthen the crisis management system and the legal system,rebuild the patient-media-government relationship in the medical dispute crisis management,and strengthen medical affairs Cultivation of staff’s professional ability,and actively guide the positive development of news media,etc.Only by thoroughly controlling the source of medical disputes and consolidating the level of medical services can the relationship between doctors and patients be eased and the hospital can carry out various tasks in an orderly manner.
