Research On The Dilemma And Relief Of Deepening The Reform Of Medicine And Health System In J City

Medical and health care is a work for the people’s livelihood,which is closely related to the common people’s medical treatment.The reform of the medical and health system is a hot spot and focus of common people’s attention.Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,my country has carried out a series of reforms in the medical and health field.While achieving some achievements,some new problems have also emerged,such as the imbalance of urban and rural medical and health resources,the incomplete hospital management and operation mechanism,and high medical expenses.The medical insurance system is not sound,and the problem of "difficult and expensive medical treatment" still has not been effectively solved.Deepening the medical reform is a major reform in the current medical and health field in my country,which is of great significance to improving the level of medical services in my country and improving the people’s sense of access to medical treatment.The Party Central Committee regards comprehensive health as the foundation of a comprehensive well-off society,prioritizes health development,and determines the health policies and policies of the new era,and puts forward the "Healthy China Strategy" to incorporate deepening medical reform into comprehensively deepening reforms.Deepening the reform of the medical and health system is an important action to build a healthy J City,and it is also an important reform initiated by the J City Party Committee and Government.City J is located in the southeastern part of Province S and is known for its abundant natural resources.With the large-scale development and utilization of natural resources,the economy of City J has developed rapidly.As the first batch of medical reform pilots in Province S,City J took advantage of the momentum,actively explored,boldly tried,and carried out the city-wide and all-round advancement to carry out urban public hospital reforms,and grasped the classification of diagnosis and treatment,drug supply guarantee,universal medical insurance,and modern hospital management.Comprehensive supervision and other five system constructions have reshaped the county and township medical and health systems and mechanisms,and achieved some initial results.The medical reform in City J has entered the first phalanx in Province S,pioneering a new path for the province’s medical reform.However,in the reform process,a series of problems have also emerged,such as imbalance and unsynchronization of reforms,shortage of medical and health personnel,and insufficient services.At present,deepening medical improvement has entered the deep water area.Through on-site interviews,literature analysis,field visits,etc.,this article comprehensively summarizes the practices and effects of deepening medical reform in J City,analyzes the problems existing in J City in deepening the reform of the medical and health system,and proposes relevant countermeasures.And suggestions to promote the in-depth development of J City’s medical reform and provide experience and reference for the healthy development of my country ’ s medical and health services.
