Firstly,this paper systematically clarifies the research of compensation benefit at home and abroad,which is the theory foundation for Henan Weiyi Internet Hospital compensation benefit reformation.Second,the paper investigates the compensation system of Henan Weiyi Internet Hospital using the interview methods and questionnaire methods,analyzes the survey of the questionnaire using the statistical methods.According the paper’s analysis,there are some questions in Henan Weiyi Internet Hospital compensation system,for example a low salary level satisfaction;a low salary equity satisfaction;low satisfaction with salary incentive;low satisfaction with benefit.All these questions lead to the poor overall enthusiasm and stability of employees in our company,and the loss of competitive advantage with other companies.This is not conducive to the good development of the company.According to the analysis results,using the existing compensation theory,the paper comb all jobs of the company,through job analysis and evaluation,determines the level of all employee.On the basis of original compensation system the paper changes the compensation system,increase the diversity of welfare,increases the dynamic adjustment mechanism,and perfects compensation system.Last,in order to ensure that compensation system can optimize smoothly,the company sets up a compensation management system,using perfect performance appraisal system,increase the effective communication mechanism and strengthen human resources guarantee system and a series of corresponding measures.Its purpose is to ensure that the optimization scheme of the compensation system can be carried out smoothly,and to supervise and adjust in time in the process of implementation and operation.In this way,it can promote the enthusiasm and motivation of employees,achieve the consistency between the interests of employees and the interests of the company,guarantee the steady growth of the economic benefits of the enterprise and achieve sustainable development.
