| Objectives(1)Investigate and study the current status and influencing factors of chronic respiratory diseases in rural areas;(2)Research and formulate behavioral intervention programs for individuals at high risk of chronic respiratory diseases in rural areas of Anhui Province.Methods(1)Using the stratified cluster sampling method,Anhui Province was divided into Southern Anhui/Middle Anhui/Northern Anhui according to geographical location, and 4 cities were randomly sampled, each city randomly selected 1 county, and each county sampled 1 administrative village,a total of 12 administrative villages, conduct household questionnaire surveys for all permanent residents aged 35 years and above at home.Based on the survey and research on the status of symptoms related to chronic respiratory diseases in rural areas and influencing factors, the application is approved Literature review and expert consultation method, research and formulation of behavioral intervention programs;(2)Use Epidata3.1 to organize the household survey data, and then use SPSS16.0 for data analysis: use frequency,rate,cross-tabulation and other methods to describe the status of chronic respiratory disease symptoms and risk behaviors of survey subjects;binary and hierarchical logistic regression was used to analyze the relationship between risk behaviors and symptoms of chronic respiratory diseases;scatter plots and bar graphs were used to analyze age, smoking, special occupations, and symptoms of chronic respiratory diseases;(3)Based on the above research results, compile behavioral intervention messages for individuals at high risk of chronic respiratory diseases in rural areas, and develop intervention programs.Results(1)A total of 11,281 surveys were completed in the three regions of North,Central, and South Anhui Province;(2)26% of rural residents reported having symptoms related to chronic respiratory diseases."Dyspnea"(11.6%),"Long-term cough or sputum production"(11.2%),"Long-term asthma"(6.1%),"Recurrent chest pain"(5.6%);(3)In univariate analysis, gender, age,Education level has an influence on the symptoms of most chronic respiratory diseases(P<0.05),but in the multivariate analysis, only age is different in all symptoms, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),four symptoms There is also a certain difference in the age of appearance. The incidence of "recurrent chest tightness or dyspnea" after the age of 40 is much higher than the other three symptoms, and the age of the two symptoms of "repetitive chest pain" and "long-term asthma" are relatively similar, and the incidence rate is relatively similar also lower;(4)Compared with other respiratory symptoms, smoking has a greater impact on the symptoms of "long-term cough or sputum",P=0.01,OR value 1.597,and male smoking The age at which most respiratory symptoms appear in the population is usually earlier than that of non-smokers among men;(5)Compared with other occupations, the two occupations of chef and miner have more obvious effects on the respiratory system.Whether or not you have been a cook is significantly related to the symptom of "recurrent chest pain",P=0.019,with an OR value of 2.178,while working as a miner is significantly related to "repeated chest tightness or dyspnea" and "long-term cough or sputum" Correlation,P value is 0.006,0.039,OR value is 2.988,2.566;(6)Long-term exposure to pesticides, cooking fume, dust and cotton dust will affect the occurrence of respiratory symptoms.Among them,"repeated chest tightness or dyspnea" is significantly related to these three,P value = 0.021,0.003,0.001,long-term exposure to cooking fume and long-term exposure to formaldehyde have significant differences in the symptoms of "recurrent chest pain",P are 0.000 and0.005 respectively.Long-term exposure to dust and cotton dust is significantly related to "long-term cough or sputum",P<0.001;(7)In the living environment,long-term residence in a house with poor ventilation will have an impact on the occurrence of "long-term asthma" and "long-term cough or sputum",with P values of 0.035 and 0.012,respectively.Conclusions(1)The incidence of chronic respiratory disease symptoms is higher among residents in rural areas of Anhui Province;(2)The symptoms of chronic respiratory disease are related to factors such as age, smoking, working as a miner, working as a cook,long-term exposure to pesticides, and long-term exposure to cooking fumes.(3)For people with symptoms of chronic respiratory diseases, according to the research results,we must not only start with risk factors, but also contact protective factors to formulate personalized intervention plans, which are expected to be the direction of future interventions for chronic respiratory diseases and related health policies provide the basis for the development. |
