The Quality Of The Homepage Of Inpatient Medical Records Based On Performance Appraisal In A Top Three Public Hospital Of TMC Research On Optimization Of Control Management

Objective:To study the quality status of the homepage of inpatient medical records in a top three public Chinese medicine hospital,based on the background of the performance appraisal policy of the third level public TCM Hospital,analyze the current problems on the homepage of medical records in the top three public TCM hospitals.And find out the problems in the quality control of the homepage of the inpatient medical records.Measures and suggestions to improve the quality of data on the homepage of TCM inpatient medical records and improve data evaluate the consistency,completeness,standardization and logical rationality in the performance of tertiary public TCM hospitals.Method: Select 33459 homepage of TCM inpatient medical records from the top three public Chinese medicine hospitals to control the quality which discharged from January1,2020 to September 31,2020.There are 1379 problem homepage of TCM as the research sample which is from the result of the final quality control plus the summary of the data problems fed back after uploading the three-level performance appraisal data.Use descriptive analysis to analyze the overall situation of quality control on the homepage of this Traditional Chinese hospital,using comparative analysis methods to analyze hospital-related quality control management measures cause the implementation of the effectiveness on the quality of the homepage of the TCM inpatient medical records,using the literature research method and the investigation inter-volume method to analyze the factors that affect the quality of the homepage of Chinese medicine hospitalization medical records and put forward relevant suggestions.Result:1.The number of the homepage of TCM inpatient medical records with problems in the time domain from January to September 2020 accounted for 4.12% of the homepage of the total discharged TCM inpatient records,and the total problem frequency is 1519 times among 1379 TCM inpatient records.Among them,the homepage data consistency question is accounted for 0.724%,and the homepage completeness question is accounted for 38.654%,normative questions on the homepage accounted for 42.264%,and logical questions on the homepage accounted for 13.647%,and other types of problems accounted for 4.740%.2.From January to September 2020,the number of problem homepages of TCM medical records each month are:231,231,56,109,219,201,146,179,182,56,and accounted for 5.320%、5.195%、4.406%、4.978%、5.794%、3.831%、3.984%、3.906%、1.183%each month,Combined with the corresponding measures and policy implementation process of the hospital,it shows that adopting corresponding measures is beneficial to improve the hospitalization of TCM data quality on the homepage of medical records.3.By distributing 200 questionnaires,investigating the factors affecting the quality of the homepage of TCM inpatient medical records from three aspects.Including job working hours,number of training sessions,communication or not,satisfaction with training content,satisfaction with training methods,number of random inspections of medical records in departments,whether there are rewards and punishments,recognition of rewards,recognition of punishments,satisfaction with quality control measures,The recognition of the importance of the homepage of the medical record,the satisfaction of the homepage entry system of the electronic hospital record,and the satisfaction of the electronic quality control process affect the quality control results of the homepage of the TCM hospital hospital record.Conclusion: There are still many problems with the data quality of the front page of the hospital’s TCM inpatient medical records.Based on the requirements of the performance evaluation policy of the tertiary public TCM hospital,with the attention and promotion of the hospital leaders and managers,the data quality of the current home page has been improved.However,to achieve error-free uploading,it is also necessary to continuously strengthen the regular training and targeted training and special training of information entry personnel to improve the accuracy of data consistency;continuous optimize and improve the homepage system of inpatient medical records,improve the auxiliary functions and functions of the information system,and effectively modify the data integrity and logic problems occurred on the homepage of hospital medical records;at the same time,the quality control of the homepage of TCM inpatient medical records was optimized the management process,and the improvement of the quality control system can improve the standardization of filling in the homepage of the TCM inpatient medical record,effectively and comprehensively ensure the active development of various measures,and improve the data quality of the performance appraisal of the TCM hospital in the tertiary public TCM hospital.
