Clinical Effect Of Shentongzhuyu Decoction Combined With Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair On Rotator Cuff Injur

ObjectiveThe clinical efficacy of the treatment protocol was evaluated by combining the oral administration of Shentongzhuyu Decoction with rotator cuff repair under shoulder arthroscopy and observing the postoperative swelling rate,pain(VSA)and function scores(UCLA)of the periarthroscopic shoulder.MethodCollected 40 cases of Shoulder Sleeve injury treated in the orthopaedic II.hospitalization in Anhui Provincial Hospital from 2020.01 to 2021.02.The type of Chinese medicine certificate is mainly based on gas and blood evidence.Control group:Underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair.Experimental group: On the first day after the shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair,Shentongzhuyu Decoction removal soup plus flavor was orally administered for 2 weeks,and the rest treatments were the same as the control group.The VAS score and UCLA score were writeen preoperatively and postoperatively,as well as the swelling rate of the shoulder joint at postoperative day 1,week 1 and week 2,respectively.Recording data and performing statistical analysis,and the data after oral Herbal Medicine were compared with the data of the group without Chinese medicine.We can evaluate the Therapeutic effect of the way of the experimental group and Explore its mechanism,Through statistics,research and analysis those date.ResultPatients in the experimental and control groups showed a decrease compared with the swelling rate calculated after the previous measurement in the swelling rate of the shoulder joint on day 1,week 1,and week 2 after treatment,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.The VAS scores and UCLA scores of both groups be written down before therapy,at week 2 after treatment,and at week 6.The results indicated a statistically significant decrease in VAS pain scores in both groups compared to the previous statistic,p<0.05.The UCLA scores of the experimental and control groups increased contrasted with the previous statistic,P<0.05.By comparing the three kinds of ratings between the two groups,the experimental group acquired more pronounced recovery,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.conclusionShentongzhuyu Decoction join with oral administration and arthroscopic rotator cuff repair has significant effect on the treatment of patients with rotator cuff injury.It is show that the treatment plan is worthy of promotion because of the more pronounced postoperative swelling reduction in the affected shoulder,more pronounced postoperative pain reduction and more pronounced improvement in functional mobility than before the treatment,and no adverse effects.
