Clinical Study On Lianhua Jiedu Decoc Tion Combined With Anti-agkistrodon Venom Serum For Agkistrodon’s Bite

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Lianhua Jiedu Decoction combined with anti-Agkistrodon venom serum in treating patients bitten by Agkistrodon.Methods:100 patients meeting the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given Lianhua Jiedu Decoction on the basis of the control group for 7 days.Before treatment,on the 3rd day of treatment,and on the 7th day of treatment,the clinical efficacy indicators of the two groups of patients were collected and recorded at three time points（including systemic symptoms and signs,swelling and pain relief time,hospitalization days）,and detect the relevant biochemical indicators of patients（including ALT,AST,Cr,CK,CK-MB,LDH）and serum PLA₂levels.Results:1.Comparison of total effective rate:The treatment group（96%）is higher than the control group（80%）,the difference is statistically significant（P<0.05）,and the treatment group is better than the control group.2.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had certain advantages in terms of swelling subsidence time,pain relief time,hospitalization day,and the difference is statistically significant（P<0.01）.3.Comparison of systemic symptoms and signs scores:After 7 days of treatment,the scores of the two groups of patients were reduced compared to before treatment,and the scores of the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the results were significant（P<0.01）.4.Comparison of biochemical indexes between the two groups:After 7days of treatment,the liver function indexes（ALT,AST）,renal function indexes（Cr）,myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes（CK,CK-MB,LDH）and PLA₂of the two groups were compared with those without treatment.The comparison all dropped and returned to the normal range,and the treatment group recovered faster（P<0.05）.Conclusions:1.Lianhua Jiedu Decoction combined with anti-Agkistrodon venom serum and other western medicines for treatment of snake bites can not only quickly neutralize the free snake venom in the body,but also reduce the damage of snake venom to liver and kidney,myocardial cells,tissue cells,etc.,and Can effectively improve the cure rate of patients bitten by agkistrodon.2.Lianhua Jiedu Decoction combined with anti-Agkistrodon venom serum can significantly reduce the serum PLA₂content of patients bitten by Agkistrodon.3.This study proved that Lianhua Jiedu Decoction has good curative effect without other adverse effects and side effects.
