| In recent years,in view of the social problems such as the difficulty of seeing a doctor,the serious aging,the increasing number of chronic disease patients and so on,on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced experience,combined with the national conditions,China has launched the family doctor contract service mode,however,the evaluation index of family doctor service performance is not clear.Taking G district of Xi’an city as the research object,this paper utilize the methods of expert consultation and questionnaire survey on the literature review of family doctor contract service,Excel and SPSS18.0 were used to analyze the data,referring to the "structure-process-result" performance evaluation system commonly used in health service,Guided by Human Resource Management Theory,New Public Service Theory and Contract Theory,a set of evaluation index system of family doctor contract service suitable for G district of Xi’an city was established;This paper investigates the current situation of family doctor contract service in G district of Xi’an city,discusses the existing problems of family doctor contract service in G district of Xi’an city,and puts forward some suggestions.The results show that a set of evaluation index system including three first level indicators of "input,process and effect",nine second level indicators of "system construction,team building,workplace,contract signing status,general service,special service,residents’ awareness rate,residents’ satisfaction and medical staff’s satisfaction" and forty-four third level indicators is constructed;And two sets of awareness and satisfaction questionnaires were designed for medical staff and contracted residents of family doctor team.96.15% of the medical staff were generally satisfied with the salary,80.77% were generally satisfied with the promotion of professional titles,40.38% were generally satisfied with the improvement of skills,61.54% were dissatisfied with the assessment standard;General satisfaction was the main satisfaction of the contracted residents to the publicity explanation,service process and service attitude,accounting for 45.41%,48.00% and 45.41% respectively,the service effect was satisfied with a lot,accounting for 35.76%.The main problems of family doctor contract service in G District of Xi’an city are the weak team construction of family doctors;The treatment of family doctors is low;The contract signing service publicity is not in place.The evaluation index system of family doctor contract service in Xi’an g district basically covers all the contents of family doctor contract service.It is expected to play a role of guidance and feedback for the follow-up development of family doctor contract service in this district,and then provide empirical data for the future district management departments to evaluate family doctor team service. |
