The Meta-analysis For Postoperative Functional Recovery Of Mobile-bearing Or Fixed-bearing Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty

Background: In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the survival rate of the uniondylar knee prosthesis,the unicompartment arthroplasty has gradually gained the favor of surgeons again,but there is always a controversy about the superiority of the movable-bearing and the fixed-bearing prosthesis.Objective: To explore which unicompartmental knee arthroplasty prosthesis between mobile-bearing prosthesis and fixed-bearing prosthesis is more beneficial to the prognosis of knee osteoarthritis patients.Methods: We collected all clinical trials about unicompartmental knee arthroplasty mobile-bearing prosthesis and fixed-bearing prosthesis from1988 up to now,extract data including basic feature,Knee society score,Knee functional score,Pain score,OKS,WOMAC,renovation rate within2 years and prosthesis survival rate over 10 years and analysis those figures by Revman 5.3 software.Results: Significant statistical difference on knee society score,WOMAC and survival rate of prosthesis over 10 years were found and no significant difference was found among the others.Conclusion: Mobile-bearing prosthesis was better in some aspects during functional recovery after UKA between.Therefore,surgeons need to choose appropriate prosthesis according to the actual situation of patients.
