Objective: To explore the treatment of rib fractures with external application of Xiaoyu analgesics and external thoracic fixation Early treatment effectMethods: Selection October 2019--75 patients met criteria rib fracture patients in the period January 2021 Yongchuan Chongqing Medical Diagnosis and Treatment of Orthopedic Hospital,were randomly divided into test groups(A group)and control group(group B),A fixed group thorax and on the basis of the symptomatic treatment of pain using analgesics XIAOYU topical lesion,group B is used clinically symptomatic treatment basis.Two groups of patients using pain visual assessment score(on a 0 to 10 points,the most painless to pain);the use of functional activities in patients with grade four functional activity score assessment(never been restricted to severe limited),into clinical efficacy Level 3:Healed,improved,and invalidated.And compare the length of stay in each group after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions.Results: The general data of the two groups of patients(such as age,gender,number of rib fractures,and incidence of pulmonary complications)were not statistically significant,indicating that the two groups of samples are comparable.After comparison,the VAS score and FAS score of the two groups were P>0.05 before treatment and on the second day after treatment,and the difference was not statistically significant.On the 5th,8th,and 14 th days after treatment,the VAS and FAS scores of external application of Xiaoyu analgesics in the treatment of rib fractures in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.According to statistics,P<0.05,the difference was significant.Comparing the efficacy evaluations of the two groups after 8 days of treatment and 14 days after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The hospitalization time of the two groups of patients was compared with P<0.05,which was not statistically significant,but there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion: Xiaoyu analgesics have good blood circulation and analgesic effects,can improve the blood supply of the fracture site,promote the recovery of the soft tissue near the fracture end,shorten the pain time,and play a basic role for the later fracture healing.It also has the advantages of few adverse reactions,low price,etc.,and has broad application prospects.
