| Perimenopause is a process that all women must go through.After menopause,the decline of estrogen level caused by ovarian function decline will lead to a series of symptoms,among which cardiovascular system events are the most serious.Menopausal hormone therapy(MHT)is an effective method to prevent cardiovascular disease in postmenopausal women.Different kinds and ways of application of MHT have different effects on coagulation and fibrinolysis system.This review aims to clarify the effect of hormone replacement therapy on different coagulation factors and fibrinolytic proteins in postmenopausal women. |
