| Large-scale medical equipment plays an important role in improving medical service level,enhancing comprehensive competitiveness,improving social and economic benefits of each hospital.At present,large-scale medical equipment in many public hospitals has the phenomenon of low overall utilization rate,low opening probability and zero starting rate.This paper holds that most of the problems in the management and application of large-scale medical equipment in public hospitals are due to the hidden dangers in the investment decision evaluation stage.In order to avoid the idleness and waste of medical resources caused by blind purchase,this paper aims to build a scientific,systematic and comprehensive evaluation index system for investment decision of large-scale medical equipment in public hospitals and apply it to cases.Firstly,this paper starts with the basic theory of investment decision,and expounds in detail the basic steps of investment decision evaluation method,expert meeting method,questionnaire survey method and analytic hierarchy process,etc.,which lays a theoretical foundation for subsequent research;Retrieving the evaluation indexes in the relevant literature,after combing,analyzing and summarizing,the evaluation index system of large-scale medical equipment investment decision-making in public hospitals is initially formed;Then,an expert meeting was held.According to the results of the expert meeting,the preliminary index system of large-scale medical equipment investment decision-making evaluation was improved.On this basis,the questionnaire of the preliminary index system of large-scale medical equipment investment decision-making evaluation was compiled,and the survey results were further screened by statistical analysis,thus establishing a set of evaluation index system covering three dimensions: society,hospital and equipment.Then the relative weight coefficient of each decision index is determined by analytic hierarchy process,and then the scoring standard of large-scale medical equipment investment decision evaluation index is determined by holding an expert meeting Finally,taking the introduction of linear accelerator in K hospital as an example,the final score of A linear accelerator is 84.5481,and the final score of B linear accelerator is 83.0357.The final result shows that the investment decision evaluation result of linear accelerator in K hospital is good,and it is valuable to invest in linear accelerator,and it is better to invest in A linear accelerator.This proves the feasibility of constructing the evaluation index system of large-scale medical equipment investment decision in this paper.In this paper,an evaluation index system for investment decision-making of large-scale medical equipment in public hospitals,including 3 first-class indexes,6 second-class indexes and 25 third-class indexes,is constructed by holding expert meetings,questionnaire survey and using analytic hierarchy process,so that the investment decision-making behavior can be attributed to rationality;Through K Hospital’s investment in medical linear accelerator,the evaluation index system of investment decision is applied comprehensively and systematically,which enriches the basis of investment decision of large-scale medical equipment.The evaluation index system of large-scale medical equipment investment decision-making constructed in this paper has been unanimously recognized by the members of the Equipment Management Committee of K Hospital,and the scoring standard of investment decision-making evaluation index has strong practicality.This study has certain practical and theoretical significance. |
