| Objective: By measuring the concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of patients with calcium oxalate stones in the upper urinary tract and healthy people,to compare the differences between the two,and to explore the relationship between S100A8/A9 and calcium oxalate(CaOx)stones in the upper urinary tract relationship. Methods: From May 2020 to December 2020,the Department of Urology,Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities, was selected to undergo percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopic lithotripsy, and incision lithotripsy for upper urinary tract stones from May 2020 to December 2020.After conservative treatment, patients with natural stone removal, collect stone specimens and use a stone infrared spectrum analyzer to analyze the composition of the stone.According to the different types of stones obtained by the analyzer,50 patients with calcium oxalate as the main component of the stones were included in the upper urinary tract calcium oxalate stone group, and the stone components were COM,COM+COD as the pure CaOx stone group,COM+ COD+CA.AP is used as a mixed stone group containing CaOx(CaOx ratio>90%).Fifty normal healthy people who had a physical examination at the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities in the same period were randomly collected as a healthy control group. After collecting the serum samples of the subjects, the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of the upper urinary calcium oxalate stone group and the control group of healthy people. The test results are average ± standard The difference((?)x±s)means that the data results were analyzed by SPSS20.0 software. The comparison of the concentrations of S100A8/A9 in the serum of each group used the statistical analysis method of two independent sample means comparison t test.Results:(1)The serum S100A8/A9 concentration in the upper urinary calcium oxalate stone group was significantly higher than that in the healthy control group(P<0.001);(2)The male and female serum levels in the upper urinary calcium oxalate stone group There was no significant difference in the concentration of S100A8/A9 in the middle group(P>0.05);the concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of men in the control group of healthy people was not significantly different from the concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of women(P>0.05);(3)Urine The concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of men in the calcium oxalate stone group was higher than that in the control group of healthy people(P<0.05);the concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of women in the calcium oxalate stone group of the upper urinary tract was higher than that in the healthy control group The concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of women in the group(P<0.05);(4)The concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of the pure CaOx group was higher than the concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of the healthy control group(P<0.05);the mixed stone group containing CaOx The concentration of S100A8/A9 in serum was significantly higher than the concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of the healthy control group(P<0.001);the concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of the pure CaOx group was not significantly different from the concentration of S100A8/A9 in the serum of the mixed stone group containing CaOx,(P>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The serum S100A8/A9 protein in the upper urinary tract CaOx stone group and the healthy population control group, and the upper urinary tract CaOx stone group serum S100A8/A9 protein is higher than the healthy population control group, the difference is statistically significant.2.The serum S100A8/A9 expression levels in the upper urinary tract CaOx stone group and the healthy control group are different between the same sex.3.S100A8/A9 may be used as a stone promoter to participate in the formation of CaOx stones. |
