Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),the work of TCM has attracted more and more attention from the government and the society.In order to promote the development of TCM,the government has implemented a number of measures to ensure that both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are paid equal attention to at the grassroots level.Public hospital of traditional Chinese medicine at present,the county is located in the leading position of grassroots health reform,in the process of development should not only play a role of rural development of the cause of Chinese medicine,and to ensure the smooth implementation of the reform,is facing the opportunities and challenges,including the service level is more attention by society,and directly provide the medical service staff satisfaction and career happiness is reduced,such as low efficiency,the brain drain phenomenon,the health effect is not recognised by the patient and medical staff.In this context,the government and hospital administrators should pay attention to the feelings of employees in county-level public Chinese medicine hospitals,to improve employee satisfaction,to strengthen Chinese medicine service capabilities,and to ensure the smooth advancement of medical reform.Based on the above situation,this article takes Laoting County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine as an example,using literature research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,and summary method to investigate and analyze employee satisfaction,understand the status quo of employee satisfaction,and explore existing problems and The reason is to propose measures to improve the satisfaction of employees in county-level public Chinese medicine hospitals.Through research,it is found that the employee satisfaction of Laoting County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital is correlated with individual factors such as gender and job title,and has a significant positive correlation with dimensions(16 factors)such as work environment and occupational identity.The employee satisfaction is generally not high.There are five problems in hospital management,including lack of humanization,outstanding career development difficulties,employee burnout,employee needs not meeting employee expectations,and poor performance appraisal and incentive effects.The top-level design of hospital management is weak,career management defects,reduced professional identity,gaps between employee expectations and reality,and lack of systematic performance appraisal all lead to low employee satisfaction.Through summarizing,this article puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the top-level design of hospital management,pay attention to staff career management,enhance staff’s professional identity,narrow the gap between staff expectation and actual situation,and strengthen the systemic performance appraisal.
