In recent years,Internet technology and information technology have developed rapidly,and the way people obtain medical services is also undergoing rapid changes.While patients expect to improve the level of medical services in medical institutions,they also hope that their private medical data can be sufficiently secured.Traditional electronic medical systems have the problems of data centralization,poor sharing,and difficulty in ensuring data privacy.The application of blockchain technology to electronic medical systems can effectively solve the problems in traditional electronic medical systems.However,because of the transparency of the blockchain,the data on the chain is exposed to the system,and the privacy problem of the data on the chain needs to be solved.Attribute encryption technology is widely concerned in data sharing.However,in practical applications,there are still some problems in the attribute encryption scheme that need to be solved.Aiming at the difficulty of medical data sharing and the privacy protection of medical data in traditional medical systems,this paper proposes a medical blockchain sharing model based on attribute encryption,and proposes an attribute encryption algorithm based on medical blockchain to ensure data on the chain Privacy.The specific research is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of the current medical information system,analyzing the current research status and combining blockchain technology,a medical blockchain sharing model based on attribute encryption is proposed.This model uses attribute encryption algorithms to encrypt medical data to ensure The privacy of medical data;in order to improve the efficiency of the blockchain,the model adopts the on-chain and off-chain storage mode,the summary information of the complete data is stored on the chain,the complete medical data is stored off the chain,and the structure of the medical data on the chain and off the chain Defined.Subsequently,the specific design and specific operation process of the model are introduced in detail,and the characteristics of the model are analyzed.(2)Aiming at the shortcomings of the current attribute encryption mechanism in the application of medical blockchain systems,analyze the current research status,and propose an attribute encryption scheme suitable for blockchain with high efficiency,support for multiple authorized institutions,and revocable attributes.The scheme is constructed under the attribute domain of the universe,which improves the efficiency of scheme initialization and key generation.In order to improve the decryption efficiency of the solution,the solution supports verifiable outsourcing decryption.Aiming at the problem of character attribute changes in the system,the solution supports attribute revocation.Then the specific design and implementation process of the algorithm are discussed in detail,and the security of the algorithm is proved and analyzed.(3)Perform simulation experiments on the proposed attribute encryption algorithm,and compare and analyze the performance characteristics,computing overhead,and storage overhead with related literature.The results show that this scheme has certain advantages in the above aspects.
