Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of 3D Slicer combined with smart phone assisted localization in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Information and methods: a retrospective analysis of our hospital neurosurgery in2019 to 2020 were analyzed in 80 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with surgical treatment,according to the hematoma method is divided into research group and control group,40 cases in each group,group the 3D-slicer joint sina software localization,the control group with traditional method of positioning,observe two groups of patients with hematoma clearance,GCS score improved scores,m RS score at 3 months and postoperative bleeding,complication occurrence again.Results: There was no statistical significance in gender,age,blood loss and GCS score between the two groups(P > 0.05),which showed comparability.The study group was superior to the control group in hematoma clearance rate,GCS score improvement score and MRS score 3 months after operation,with statistical significance(all P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of postoperative rebleeding,intracranial infection and pulmonary infection among the study group(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Compared with traditional methods,3D Slicer combined with smart phone assisted localization showed certain advantages in hematoma clearance,GCS improvement score and prognosis.The application cost of the software is low,the operation is simple and quick,and it has good application value and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
