Objective:To investigate the effects of Body mass index(BMI),serum Free triiodothylamine FT3 and serum albumin ALB on lung function and prognosis.Methods:(1)80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(copd)who were admitted to the department of respiratory medicine of affiliated hospital of youjiang nationalities medical college from October 2018 to May 2019 were selected.(2)the patients were divided into control group,low BMI group,low ALB group and low FT3 group.The low ALB group was divided into light,medium and heavy groups.Fev 1%and Fev 1/FVC values of the patients were detected after 2 weeks of treatment,respectively,and the changes before and after treatment were compared for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Chi-square test was performed for the composition ratio of men and women in each group,and anova was performed for age,sex ratio and height,and it was concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in age,gender and height of patients in each group(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant differences in weight,BMI and ALB of patients(P<0.05).The general data of mild,severe and severe in the low-protein group and the clinical index of FT3 were statistically analyzed.The chi-square test was used for the proportion of patients with age,and the analysis of variance was used to compare the other data.The results were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)The lung function data of each group before and after treatment in the low ALB group were tested for normal distribution,and the data of each group before and after treatment were consistent with normal distribution(P>0.05).The paired T test was used to verify Fev 1%and Fev 1/FVC before and after treatment in the light,medium and heavy groups,respectively.The results before and after treatment were significant.To the control group,low BMI group and the low T3 group before and after treatment of Fev 1,Fev 1/FVC%K-S inspection and Q-Q figure of normal distribution,verified,the control group,low T3 group,lower BMI Fev 1%before and after treatment(P=0.200,0.200,0.200)and Fev 1/FVC before and after treatment(P=0.112,0.200,0.101)data conforms to normal distribution,with paired T test to compare three sets of data before and after the treatment,three sets of data difference before and after treatment were statistically significant.The treatment was clinically effective for each group.(3)Have examined the K-S calculation between the groups with low protein group in various degree before and after treatment group Fev 1%,Fev 1/FVC%difference are accord with normal distribution(P is greater than 0.05),then through independent sample T test showed that compared with the control group,the group of Fev 1%,Fev 1/FVC difference compared with control group P values are less than 0.05,the difference of lung function in each big group ascension for the control group was statistically significant,the lower BMI groups,low T3 group and the low propagated pair,according to the comparative low BMI groups with low,low T3 group P propagated group were 0.05or less,Comparison of low ALB group and low T3 group showed P>0.05.In the low ALB group,there was no significant difference between the mild group and the moderate group in the increase of fev1%and Fev 1/FVC after treatment,that is,P>0.05.In the comparison between the severe group and the mild group,due to the small sample size,the P cut value was close to 0.05(P1=0.055,P2=0.075).If the confidence interval was set at 90%,it would be statistically significant,so it could be considered that the difference between the severe group and the mild group was statistically significant.Comparison between the moderate group and the severe group showed that P1=0.225,P2=0.312,and P>0.05.Therefore,it was considered that there was no significant difference between the mild,moderate,moderate and severe groups,while the mild and severe groups were statistically significant.(4)The 3 level dividing method(effective and invalid)evaluation,the differences between the treatment group patients in this study,because of the diagnostic criteria for COPD Fev 1%,evaluate,Fev 1%improved after treating 3%or higher evaluation to pay off,3%>Fev 1%period 1%or higher evaluation for effective,Fev 1%period=0 evaluation as invalid,respectively to Pearson correlation analysis,linear equation groups data testing,Logistic regression analysis,It was found that BMI and ALB were positively correlated with the curative effect and prognosis of patients,while FT3 was not significantly correlated with the curative effect and prognosis of patients.Among them,the linear relationship between BMI and curative effect and prognosis was the strongest,while the linear relationship between ALB was weak.Conclusion:(1)The reduction of BMI,ALB and FT3 all had significant effects on the comparison before and after treatment.There was a significant difference between the mild and severe treatment before and after treatment in the ALB group,and no significant difference between the moderate and other two groups.(2)There was a significant correlation between BMI and lung function improvement rate(P<0.001).The difference value of lung function after treatment was positively correlated,and the equation was highly consistent,which could be used as an independent indicator to judge the efficacy and prognosis.(3)ALB has a correlation with the improvement rate of lung function(P<0.05),which is positively correlated with the difference value of lung function after treatment,but the equation has a low consistency and the linear equation has a low correlation,which can be used as an important indicator to predict the prognosis and efficacy of patients.(4)FT3 was not correlated with pulmonary function improvement rate.(5)There was no significant correlation between BMI,ALB and FT3 and whether the treatment would be effective in patients.
