Objective: 3.0TM magnetic resonance elastography was used to study the effect of biliary tract obstruction on liver hardness values, and the correlation between patients’ basic information, such as serological indexes, benign and malignant factors, and changes in liver hardness values was analyzed.Furthermore, the changes of liver hardness values after the removal of biliary tract obstruction were further studied to differentiate and diagnose the increased liver hardness values caused by liver fibrosis or biliary tract obstruction, and to assist in the evaluation of clinical treatment effects. Methods:This study retrospectively analyzed the image examination of the patients with biliary canal or pancreatic disease and no liver disease, according to the degree of enlargement of the bile duct and the total bilirubin level, and the division of obstructive patients(group a,39 cases)and non-obstructive patients(group b,41),the cca tested the comparison group data.In this paper, the difference between the hardness of the liver hardness of the two groups of patients was tested by the independent sample t.Multi-factor analysis, the correlation between the basic information of the patient, the index of hematology, the benign malignancy of the pathogenic factors and the changes in the hardness of the liver.According to the matching sample t test,20 patients with biliary obstruction were studied in a group of a.results: There were statistically significant differences in benign and malignant factors and gender between group A and group B(P < 0.05).The liver hardness of group A(4.45±1.03 k Pa)was significantly higher than that of group B(2.27±0.36 k Pa),P < 0.01.By multivariate analysis, liver hardness value was positively correlated with total bilirubin(P < 0.01),but had no correlation with pathogenic factors, alkaline phosphatase glutamyltransferase, asparagus amino, acid transferase, alanine aminotransferase, total bile acids, gender, age, height, weight and BMI.The liver hardness value of patients with biliary tract obstruction was higher than that of patients without biliary tract obstruction, whether malignant or benign. In group A,the elastic value of 20 patients after biliary drainage was significantly decreased(P <0.01).Conclusion:The liver hardness measured by magnetic resonance elastography was positively correlated with the degree of biliary obstruction, and had no relation with the benign or malignant factors. The liver hardness value of patients with biliary tract obstruction decreased significantly after bile duct drainage, indicating that magnetic resonance elastography detection can be used to evaluate the degree of biliary tract obstruction and the effect of surgical treatment, and it is an effective detection method and dynamic evaluation index.
