Objective: 1.In this study,the New Zealand rabbit animal model was used to carry out the colon magnetic compression anastomosis experiment to verify the feasibility of the magnetic compression anastomosis method in the reconstruction of animal colon-colon anastomosis.2.New Zealand rabbit colonic stoma models were established,and the magnetic pressing technique was used to realize the colostomy.The control group chose the manual suture method to explore the feasibility and advantages of the magnetic pressing anastomosis technique in this operation.Methods:1.Eight New Zealand rabbits(hereinafter referred to as "rabbits")were selected,and two neodymium iron boron ring magnets were sequentially inserted from the anus of the rabbits to realize the lateral-to-lateral magnetic compression anastomosis of the colon.X-ray examination and observation were performed after the operation.The position of the magnetic ring in the abdominal cavity of New Zealand rabbits changes.After the magnetic ring falls off and exits the digestive tract,the patency and integrity of the anastomosis are observed by X-ray digestion angiography.The intestine between the anastomoses is ligated with silk thread to verify the smooth circulation of the anastomosis.After the rabbits were killed under deep anesthesia,the anastomosis and reconstruction of the colon were dissected and observed.The longest diameter of the anastomosis was measured,and the tissue at the intestinal anastomosis was made pathological sections.The healing of the anastomosis was observed under a microscope.2.Thirty rabbits were selected for operation to establish a colonic double cavity stoma model.After adaptive feeding,20 New Zealand rabbits were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group underwent magnetic anastomosis colostomy opening surgery,and a pair of ring magnets were used as the magnetic squeezing intestinal anastomosis device to complete the intestinal ostomy opening surgery;the control group underwent manual suture of the intestinal ostomy opening surgery.The operation time of the intestinal tube anastomosis was recorded in the two groups,the survival of the animals and the occurrence of complications were observed.All rabbits were dissected on the 28 th day after operation,the intestinal segment of the anastomosis was obtained,the burst pressure was measured,and the appearance and histopathological morphology of the anastomosis were observed.Result:1.After the operation,the appetite of the rabbits was weakened,the food intake was significantly reduced,and the activity decreased.The food intake gradually increased over time,and the activity status gradually became normal.Only one rabbit lost more weight and was in a poor state.Rabbits achieve long-term survival after surgery.Xray plain film fluoroscopy found that the magnetic ring in the body changes in a certain range every day,and it can be smoothly discharged from the anus during 5 to 8 days after the operation.The average residence time of the magnetic ring in the rabbit is(5.88±1.54)days.X-ray fluoroscopy can show that the iohexol contrast agent can smoothly pass through the intestinal tube of the magnetic anastomosis without leakage of the contrast agent.After the intestine between the anastomoses is ligated,the rabbits eat and defecate normally.After anatomy,the longest diameter of the anastomosis was(11.98±0.66)mm in average.The anastomotic stoma is well-formed and unobstructed,and there are signs of healing between the mucous membranes.Histopathological slices indicate that the anastomotic stoma is infiltrated by inflammatory cells,fibroblasts proliferate,and the mucosal,muscular,and serous layers are completely healed.2.The anastomosis operation time during the operation of colostomy in rabbits was significantly lower in the experimental group(17.24±3.21 min)than in the control group(30.13±2.88)min;the survival of the experimental group was80%,and 2 rabbits had intestinal perforation and Intestinal fistula died,70% of the control group,2 died of anastomotic fistula,1 was anastomotic stenosis;the average rupture pressure of the experimental group(140.83±8.61)mm Hg,the control group(135.75±18.28)mm Hg,did not reach statistics The appearance of the intestinal anastomosis of the magnetic anastomosis is relatively smooth and flat,with no suture remaining;the histological morphology shows that the anastomoses of the two groups are completely healed,and the tissue arrangement is complete and continuous.Conclusion:1.The magnetic compression anastomosis technique can complete the anastomosis of the rabbit colon.This anastomosis method is easy to operate and safely and effectively completes the reconstruction of the rabbit colon.2.The application of magnetic compression anastomosis technique for rabbit stoma closure is easy to operate,and the time for anastomosis is short.There is no obvious difference between the strength of the anastomosis and the manual suture method.It has certain feasibility and has the prospect of clinical application of minimally invasive technology.
