| Standardized residents training is a necessary way for the health system to train physicians with professionalism,master medical knowledge and clinical operation skills,and standardize and independently undertake diagnosis and treatment tasks.Now,It is centered on cultivating post competency.However,there is no clear definition of post competency,and indicators are relatively general compared to foreign countries.Therefore,it is necessary to build a index system to provide a basis for better evaluation of their competence,standardization and optimization of training work.Under the guidance of competency theory,the connotation of post competence for the resident is defined.The selection of indicators uses literature analysis and interview methods.Based on it,an indicator pool is initially constructed and conceptual dimensions are listed.The final determination of the system and corresponding weights requires the use of two rounds of Delphi method.According to the index system,the questionnaire survey method is used to carry out empirical analysis to test its reliability and validity.Post competency evaluation index system with 7 first-level indicators and 67 second-level indicators has been constructed.The first-level indexes include medical knowledge,clinical ability,public health service ability,continuous learning ability,communication,cooperation and management ability,research and teaching ability,core values and professionalism,and determine the corresponding index weight.The expert positive coefficient is 0.93,the authority coefficient is 0.898,and the first-level index coordination coefficient is 0.418,and the secondlevel index coordination coefficient is 0.315,The empirical analysis shows that the overall internal consistency coefficient is 0.934.Factor analysis extracted 7 common factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 77.44%.Based on the competency system of domestic and foreign physicians,the competency theory is combined with the requirements of resident training standards to construct a more comprehensive,practical and scientific system.In expert consultation,experts are highly motivated,authoritative,and coordinated.It shows that the results of index screening and weight setting are more reliable.This research has carried out empirical analysis.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire is acceptable.Therefore,it can be used as an evaluation method to enable physicians to better understand competence status,and provide corresponding basis for the work of residential training and the training of medical talents.Figure 2;Table 27;Reference 50... |
