Objectives The training days and effects of the two expanded skin flap blood circulation training methods were compared. To explore the training methods with short training days, less complications and high compliance, and to guide the clinical vascularization training operation. Methods Patients using the EFRT for blood flow training were collected and randomly divided into rapid group(n=20)or control group(n=20).Fast group was trained by rapid blood circulation training method:negative pressure value of 200mm Hg,single training time of 60 minutes, training frequency of 5 times/day.The control group was trained by traditional blood circulation training method:the negative pressure value was 200mm Hg,and the training time was gradually increased from 10 minutes to 60 minutes. The training frequency was 2 times per day. After the completion of blood vessel training, both groups were treated with skin flap transfer. The number of days of blood circulation training, the incidence of complications during blood circulation training, pain score, the incidence of complications during skin flap transfer, the survival rate of skin flap, and the ratio of length and width of skin flap were counted in 2 groups. Two independent samples t-test,Wilcoxon signed rank sum test andχ~2test were used to analyze the above data. The difference of training days, effect and advantages and disadvantages of two blood circulation training methods were analyzed. Results 1.Training days:The training days of the rapid blood circulation training method were less than that of the traditional blood circulation training method(7.40±2.234 vs13.05±3.332,P<0.05).2.The incidence of complications of blood circulation training:there was no difference in the incidence of tension blisters(P>0.05).The incidence of skin allergy in fast group was lower than that in control group(5%vs 30%,P<0.05).No serious complications occurred in both groups. There was no difference in the overall incidence of complications(P>0.05).3.Pain score:The pain score of patients in both groups was 0-4points during vascular training, and the pain score of control group was lower than that of rapid group(3.00 vs 2.00,P<0.05).4.There were no significant differences in the incidence of complications, the survival rate of skin flap and the ratio of length to width between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions 1The application of rapid blood circulation training method can achieve the same effect of blood circulation training in a shorter time.2The application of rapid blood circulation training reduces the incidence of skin allergy during blood circulation training, and does not increase the incidence of other complications.3Rapid blood circulation training method has the advantages of short treatment period, less complications and less economic burden on patients.EFRT was used to train the blood circulation of the expanded skin flap, and the rapid blood circulation training method could achieve the goal of twice the effort.Figure13;Table2;Reference 191... |
