Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Evidence Support Ability In Evidence-based Medicine

Based on the current lack of evidence-based medicine evidence support ability evaluation tools in hospitals,the main purpose is to develop evaluation tools that reflect the evidence support ability of evidence-based medicine based on evidence-based medicine and knowledge context theory,and apply the developed evaluation index system to The hospital conducts an evaluation,summarizes the problems that the hospital has in the evidence protection of evidence-based medicine,and proposes feasibility recommendations to promote the improvement of the level of evidence resource protection in clinical practice of evidence-based medicine.The evaluation index system of EBM evidence support capacity was studied by using literature analysis,Delphi method.Based on the knowledge context theory of evidence-based medicine and knowledge management theory,and expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),various dimensions and indexes of the evaluation index system were determined to develop an evaluation tool reflecting the ability of evidence-based medicine(EBM)to guarantee evidence.By means of questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,340 clinicians from 3 general hospitals and 3 specialized hospitals in Hebei Province were investigated,and the evaluation index system was empirically tested.The index system is composed of 4 first-level dimension indicators and 29 secondclass indicators.The four first-level dimension indicators are knowledge resource guarantee,technical resource guarantee,management resource guarantee and cultural resource guarantee.The next level index is the specific description of the problems covered by the upper level index.The weight of each index is obtained by analytic hierarchy process.The weight of knowledge resource guarantee is 0.4673,that of technical resource is 0.2772,that of management resource is 0.0954,and that of cultural resource is 0.1601.This paper makes an empirical test of the evaluation index system,which showed that the evidence support ability evaluation index system of evidencebased medicine in this study was scientific,reasonable and practical.The dimensions and items of this scale are reasonable,and the research results are reliable.Through the empirical application test,it shows that the index system can be applied in relevant research and practice,and provides a scientific and effective tool for further improving the evidence support ability of hospital evidence-based medicine.Through the empirical data analysis,it was found that there are still many imperfect problems in evidence-based medicine evidence support.In view of these problems found in reality,the author puts forward suggestions on how to optimize the evidence support ability of evidence-based medicine in hospitals.Figure 3;Table 35;Reference 59...
