Hu Suan Tablets Combined With Omeprazole,Colloidal Bismuth Pectin And Traditional Quadruple Anti Helicobacter Pylori Comparative Study Of Efficacy

Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Hu Suan tablets combined with omeprazole,colloidal bismuth pectin and traditional quadruple against Helicobacter pylori（Hp）.Methods:Selected from November 2019 to November 2020 in the outpatient or hospitalization of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University 71patients whose results of the ¹⁴C urea breath test showed positive Hp.They were randomly divided into an experimental group of 33 cases and a control group of 38 cases.The experimental group was given Hu Suan tablets,omeprazole,colloidal pectin bismuth anti-Hp treatment,and the control group was given bismuth-containing quadruple anti-Hp treatment.The course of treatment was both During the 2 weeks,during the medication period,the patients were asked whether they had abdominal distension,abdominal pain,nausea,vomiting,diarrhea and other adverse reactions through telephone,We Chat and other contact methods.One month after the treatment,the 14C breath test was reviewed and the Hp eradication rate and safety of the two groups were compared.Results:TThe Hp eradication rate of the experimental group was 60.6%,and the Hp eradication rate of the control group was 84.2%.Comparison of the Hp eradication rate between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The curative effect of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group;patients in the experimental group were taking medicine During the period,the incidences of adverse reactions such as abdominal pain,bloating,nausea,vomiting,and diarrhea were 18.2%,9.1%,and 12.1%,respectively.The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 26.3%,34.2%,and 39.5%in the above order.The two groups of abdominal distension The comparison of the incidence of abdominal pain was not statistically significant and incomparable.However,the incidence of nausea,vomiting,and diarrhea in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The P values of the two results were both less than 0.05,indicating that the experimental group had nausea,vomiting and diarrhea The incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:The curative effect of Hu Suan tablets combined with omeprazole and colloidal pectin bismuth regimen was significantly lower than that of the control group,but the incidence of adverse drug reactions was low and the safety was high.
