| Objective: To explore the related risk factors of hyperlipidemia in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer under TSH suppressive therapy after operation,so as to prevent and treat hyperlipidemia early, reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and delay the progress of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: From January 2013 to October 2020,the data of patients who underwent thyroid cancer resection and I131 treatment after operation were collected as the research objects.A tolal of 116 people were in cluded.Chi-square test,Spearman correlation analysis and binary Logistic regression analysis in SPSS software were used.Base on SPSS 25.0 analysis, gender, age, menopausal status, preoperative BMI,diabetes, hypertension, preoperative hyperlipidemia,TSH inhibition time(t),FT3,FT4,TSH inhibition level were used as related factors to explore the changes of hyperlipidemia(hyper TC,hyper TG,hyper LDL-C)under TSH suppressive therapy.Results:(1)Age,gender had no significant correlation with the incidence of hyperlipidemia(P>0.05).The menopausal status of women had statistically significant influence on the occurrence of hyper TG(P=0.005),but had no statistically significant influence on the occurrence of hyper TC and hyper LDL-C(P=0.097,P=0.059).(2)Preoperative BMI≥24 was significantly correlated with the occurrence of hyper TC,hyper TG,hyper LDL-C(P=0.034,P=0.027,P=0.024);Diabetes mellitus was significantly correlated with the occurrence of hyper TG(P=0.037),but not with the occurrence of hyper TC and LDL-C(P=0.468,P=0.749).Hypertension was significantly correlated with the occurrence of hyper TC and hyper TG(P=0.039,P=0.006),but not with the occurrence of hyper LDL-C(P=0.194).(3)Preoperative hyperlipidemia is an independent risk factor for hyperlipidemia under TSH suppressive therapy(P<0.05).The presence or absence of preoperative hyper HDL-C is significantly related to the occurrence of hyper TG under TSH suppressive therapy(P=0.043).(4)TSH inhibition treatment(t),FT3,FT4 and the level of TSH inhibition were no significant difference in the incidence of hyperlipidemia(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Preoperative hyperlipidemia is the main risk factor for hyperlipidemia under TSH suppressive therapy.Hypertension,diabetes,obesity,etc.have certain effects on it.Hyper HDL-C may reduce the incidence of hyper TG under TSH suppressive therapy.(2)Age and gender have no significant effect on the incidence of hyperlipidemia, but the menopausal status of female patients may increase the incidence of hyperlipidemia.(3)TSH inhibition time T,FT3,FT4 and TSH inhibition degree had no significant effect on the occurrence of hyperlipidemia. |
