Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Network Medical Service In Jingmen KF Hospital

The issues of “having difficulty of seeing doctors” become more and more serious.Therefore,how to solve the medical conditions has been concerned under the new medical reform.“Internet+medical service” model has been proposed.Owing to no geographical limitations and real-time features,Internet can meet patient’s needs to enjoy medical services at home and solve the difficulty of seeing doctors.In our country,the medical service study and construction starts late,stays in the theoretical exploration stage and is lack of the empirical trials.The online medical service system has been lagged behind owing to patient’s improper cognition about online medical services,medical staff’s focus on offline diagnosis and ignorance of online diagnosis.In this paper,the construction measures of medical service system have been discussed.Jingmen KF Hospital is investigated for constructing the online medical service system and figuring out the problems of seeing doctors under the era of Internet.First of all,the development conditions of online medical service in Jingmen KF Hospital are reviewed.Next,the existing problems of constructing the online medical service system in Jingmen KF hospital are concluded through literature review,case analysis,interview and questionnaire survey;the major causes for the hospital’s low service quality include undefined service time,poor service consciousness,case management difficulty,technological contradiction of online medical services with practical diagnosis.Finally,a set of online medical service system optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of sound management system,service awareness,medical record information management,online medical service information constructions,other supports and so on.It is anticipated to determine the future development directions for the hospital’s online medical service system,improve the online medical service system,achieve the satisfactory tele-medicine service values,help the patients enjoy the tele-medicine service,and provide some thoughts about the construction of online medical service system in our public hospitals.In future,the subsequent researches shall be conducted through the development of online medical services like talent introduction,home-based care for the aged and remote payment,give full play to telemedicine services and bring benefits to more patients.
