A Hospital Medical Equipment Purchasing Management Optimization Research

In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the globalization of China’s market economy,the competition pattern faced by medical clinics has become increasingly fierce.In this environment,if hospitals want to achieve sustainable development,they must constantly innovate medical technology,upgrade medical equipment and cultivate core competitiveness.Due to the particularity and professionalism of hospital medical equipment,coupled with many circulation links of medical equipment,its purchase price is very high,so the proportion of hospital medical equipment in the total fixed assets of hospitals is also very large.According to statistics,at present,50% to 80% of the total assets of hospital equipment of various scales in China are created by the total assets of medical equipment.Therefore,the procurement management of medical equipment in hospitals has a direct impact on the medical technical level and economic benefits of hospitals to a great extent.How to do a good job in the procurement management of medical equipment in hospitals is a very important issue.Taking A hospital as a specific case,this paper explores the optimization method of medical equipment procurement management system in modern hospitals.Based on the current situation of medical equipment procurement management in A hospital,combined with the relevant theories of medical equipment procurement management,the problems in medical equipment procurement management in A hospital were found by means of personal interviews and questionnaires,and the main reasons were analyzed to determine the optimization direction.On this basis,the procurement process and organizational structure,personnel team construction,procurement quantitative evaluation system and informationization level of medical equipment in A hospital were optimized.After comparison and optimization,all the procurement indexes have been improved,and the implementation safeguard measures have been worked out in the implementation process of A Hospital,which provides a powerful guarantee for the smooth implementation of the medical equipment procurement management in A Hospital.The optimization of a hospital’s procurement management combines the actual situation of a hospital,and the qualitative and quantitative analysis methods are used in the optimization process,which has certain scientific significance.As a fixed asset of the hospital,medical equipment procurement management optimization plays an important role in guiding and controlling the hospital’s medical equipment management strategy.
