The Clinical Research Of Ginger Partitioned Moxibustion Plus Acupoint Massage In Treating Urinary Retention After Anal Surgery

Objective Through comparative study,probe into therapeutic effect of ginger-partitioned moxibustion plus acupoint massage on urinary retention after anal surgery.Thereby,proof can be obtained and scientific basic is provided in clinical application.Methods Taking a controlled and randomised design way is used and 60 patients who accorded with stated criteria were randomly assigned into treatment group and comparison group,each group 30 cases.Ginger-partitioned moxibustion plus acupoint massage are used in treatment group.However,conventional methods are used in comparison group.Observe two groups on how different from the time spending of first time urination,the situation of recovery for abdominal sign and symptoms,the rate of urethral catheterization,etc.SPSS 22.0(medical statistical software)is used to analyse obtained outcome.There is not any statistically significant difference when the outcome is P>0.05.Results As clinical research,there are statistically significant difference(P<0.05)between treatment group and comparison group on the situation of recovery for abdominal sign and symptom,the rate of urethral catheterization,the compare of therapeutic effect,etc.Conclusions It is worth to popularize in the clinical application.This is proof that ginger-partitioned moxibustion plus acupoint massage in treating urinary retention after anal surgery is economic,easy and effective.
