Clinical Study Of 1055 Patients With Severe COVID-19 Treated By Integrated Traditional Chinese And Western Medicine

Objective: Analysis of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy and western medicine treatment of COVID-19(COVID-19)the curative effect of heavy contrast,looking for COVID-19 patients with heavy intubation or death risk predictors,evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine in treating COVID-19 patients with heavy sense.Methods: Using the interpretability of machine learning methods of wuhan Main hospital district,Guanggu hospital district and Zhongfa hospital district of tongji hospital were retrospectively analyzed and court in the district has treated1055 cases of COVID-19 clinical diagnosis and treatment process of patients with heavy,according to the divided into TCM group,Chinese property medicine group and western medicine group.Of which only based on the western medicine group will support antivirus,oxygen therapy and coronavirus pneumonia and suit the support of foundation treatment,such as traditional Chinese medicine,proprietary Chinese medicine group,respectively,on the basis of conventional western medicine to Chinese medicine medicinal broth or medicinal broth with proprietary Chinese medicine therapy,Chinese medicine extract samples from different laboratory examination indexes and statistics as the training characteristics of screening for the greatest feature of the model prediction results,observe characteristics under different treatments affect the differences of the results.At the same time,the clinical efficacy indicators of the three groups were observed and compared,including the recovery rate of laboratory abnormal indicators at discharge,total hospital stay,critical conversion rate,and intubation mortality rate,to verify the significance of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in COVID-19 patients with severe disease.Results:(1)For severe COVID-19 patients with low white globular ratio,low albinin,low lymphocyte count and high white blood cell count,the application of TCM decoction or TCM decoction combined with Chinese patent medicine can reduce the risk of intubation or death and reduce intubation or mortality compared with western medicine alone;(2)At discharge,the recovery rates of TCM group and TCM group were higher than those of western medicine group;LYMPH#,NEUT#,LDH-L,ALB,ALT,AST,UREA,D-D and Hs CRP were higher than those of western medicine group;there were no differences in the recovery of other indicators among the three groups;(3)The intubation or death rate and critical conversion rate of TCM group or Chinese patent medicine group were lower than those of western medicine group;(4)The total hospitalization days of TCM group or western medicine group were lower than that of Chinese patent medicine group.Conclusions: Patients with severe COVID-19 may be treated with TCM decoction or TCM decoction combined with Chinese patent medicine on the basis of conventional treatment of Western medicine,which may improve the prognosis of patients by regulating immune function,inhibiting inflammatory response and improving liver and kidney function,so as to reduce intubation or mortality rate and critical turn rate.
