| ObjectiveTo understand the symptom control status of PAR patients with different symptom severity after standardized treatment, and to explore the correlation between symptom control level and anxiety and depression,so as to provide a basis for improving symptom control level of patients with different symptom severity and improving their emotional health level.MethodsA total of 87 PAR patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the study subjects, and the severity of symptoms was assessed and grouped. The subjects were followed up after 28 days of conventional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.SDS,SAS,AR visual analog scale and nasal sign score were used to evaluate the severity of symptoms,TCM syndrome differentiation and anxiety and depression level before and after treatment. The AR symptom control level was measured, and the correlation between symptom control and anxiety and depression mood of PAR patients with different severity was analyzed.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results1.There were statistically significant differences between moderate and severe PAR patients and mild PAR patients in the course of disease, frequency of visits and daily aerobic exercise habits(P=0.000).2.The most common TCM syndrome type in PAR patients was lung-qi deficiency type(48%);In the moderate and severe group, lung qi deficiency was the most common(62%),and in the mild group, lung qi deficiency and cold was the most common(43%).3.The proportion of anxiety and depression in the moderate and severe group was higher than that in the mild group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.VAS scores in the moderate and severe group were higher than those in the mild group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).5.The symptom control rate of PAR patients in the moderate and severe group had statistical significance in gender and educational level(P < 0.01).6.The scores of SAS and SDS in the uncontrolled group were higher than those in the controlled group; The score of SAS in the mild group with good symptom control was higher than that in the significant control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).7.The symptom control rate of PAR patients in moderate and severe group was negatively correlated with SAS and SDS scores.Anxiety and depression were the risk factors of uncontrolled symptoms in the moderate and severe group. The symptom control rate of PAR patients in the mild group was negatively correlated with SAS scores, and the risk factor that the symptoms were not significantly controlled in the mild group was anxiety.Conclusion1.Perennial moderate to severe AR patients have more severe symptoms, longer course of disease, and higher frequency of visits.Compared with mild AR patients, they have higher tendency of anxiety and depression, and lower symptom control level after treatment. The symptom control status of male was better than that of female, and the symptom control level increased with the increase of educational background.2.PAR patients were mainly characterized by lung qi deficiency. In the moderate and severe group, lung qi deficiency was the main disease, while in the mild group, lung qi deficiency and cold were the main disease.3.Symptom control of PAR patients is related to anxiety and depression. In addition to the use of medication, medical personnel should also conduct reasonable assessment of patients’ emotional disorders, and conduct appropriate assessment and intervention when receiving PAR patients. |
