Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Online Charity Medical Assistance

In recent years,our country’s online charity medical assistance has developed vigorously and achieved remarkable results.However,there are many complex factors restricting the healthy development of online charity medical assistance.It has high theoretical value and important practical significance to mine the main influencing factors through empirical research,explore the influence mechanism,and then construct an analytical framework.Taking the Tencent Charity Donation Platform as an example,this paper collects998 completed medical aid projects from 2014 to 2021,and uses methods such as descriptive statistical analysis,regression analysis and qualitative comparative analysis to explore the influencing factors of the healthy development of charitable medical assistance and the internal mechanism that affects the development of charity medical assistance.First,the research direction and theoretical framework are determined on the basis of domestic and foreign literature review.Secondly,according to the theoretical research framework,17 first-level indicators and 87 second-level indicators are set up.This paper collects sample data by using the web crawler and data mining methods.Thirdly,carry out empirical analysis on the responsibility subject,financing mechanism,space-time allocation,project structure and project supervision of charity medical assistance,and conduct model test.Finally,qualitative comparison analysis of fuzzy sets is carried out on the indicators with poor empirical fit by QCA method,and the truth table is established,and the analysis configuration and analysis results are given.The research shows that:（1）There are significant differences in the degree of participation of charitable organizations in the impact mechanism of online charity medical assistance.The degree of participation is that the impact of the implementation party support,public fundraising support and public welfare support on the completion rate of donations for online charity medical assistance projects is very different.（2）Online charitable medical assistance does not have the characteristics that the more the number of donors,the higher the project completion rate.The ratio of fund-raising people has become a key factor affecting the completion rate of donations for online charitable medical assistance projects.（3）The fundraising completion rate of online charity medical assistance projects shows the characteristics of “ significant increase-slow decline-slow increase ” with time.（4）Leukemia exacerbates the risk that the online charity medical assistance project cannot be completed to a certain extent.（5）Supervision of the online charity medical assistance project has no obvious impact on the completion of the project.（6）There are fourteen variable condition combinations in five dimensions in the influence mechanism of online charity medical assistance,namely responsibility subject,financing mechanism,space-time allocation,project structure and project supervision.The combinations of conditions interact with each other and have a positive effect on online charity medical assistance.The innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in the following three aspects:in terms of data sources,this paper is different from the big data analysis using web crawler software in existing research.This paper collects the data of projects whose status is displayed as “completed” on the Tencent Charity Donation Platform.All project data in the "funding" and "executing" status are excluded,making the project data information more research-effective.In terms of theoretical analysis,based on the literature review,this paper focuses on the analysis of the impact mechanism of online charity medical assistance from five theoretical dimensions,namely the dimension of responsibility subject,the dimension of financing mechanism,the dimension of space-time allocation,the dimension of project structure and the dimension of project supervision.In terms of research methods,this paper deeply analyzes the influence mechanism of online charity medical assistance based on binary logistic regression analysis and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method,and provides new ideas for promoting the development of charity medical assistance projects to a certain extent.
