Mechanism And Path Of Medical-industry Integration From The Perspective Of Healthy China Strategic

Objective:To enhance the national health has always been one of the most concerned issues of the country and the people.Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid economic development of the people’s living standards continue to improve,more and more attention to health.In August 2016,at the National Health and Health Conference,General Secretary Xi stressed "establishing the concept of great health and great health,transforming the treatment as the center into the people’s health as the center,and promoting the deep integration of national fitness and national health".In October the same year,the country the "healthy China2030" planning outline of the sports industry from multiple aspects and medical services integration development put forward new requirements,explicitly points out that the "perfect fusion,carrying out sports,strengthen medical and non-medical health intervention,promote the key crowd sports activities","to promote harmony medical disease management and health service mode,Give full play to the positive role of national scientific fitness in health promotion,prevention and rehabilitation of chronic diseases,etc." The integrated development of sports industry and medical service industry has become the implementation strategy to promote a healthy China.Therefore,to strengthen the deep integration of the medical industry is an inevitable requirement and an important content of the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.Methods:Firstly,Q method and factor analysis method are adopted.The empirical methods of small meetings,E-mail and expert consultation were used to study the mechanism of promoting the deep integration of sports and medicine.Then,based on the relevant statistical data of the last 10 years,using the Herfindahl index method,patent correlation coefficient method,AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and input-output method,the integration degree of the two major medical industry is quantitatively measured.Results:1.The main influencing mechanism of sports and medicine integration lies in four aspects,namely,the ideology of sports and medicine industry integration,the market mechanism of creating sports and medicine industry integration,the policy mechanism of sports and medicine industry integration,and the talent mechanism of sports and medicine industry integration.2.The health industry has the highest degree of integration with the sports industry,which has experienced a fluctuating rising process on the whole;The integration degree of social security industry,social welfare industry and sports industry is low;The degree of integration between paper making,printing,cultural,educational and sporting goods manufacturing and medical industry was low before 2011,and then showed an upward trend.Sports and entertainment industry and health and medical industry have a high degree of integration in the early stage of integration.3.The four path strategies of financial support,industry-university-research cooperation,leading enterprises and policy incentives can effectively promote the integration of physical medicine.Conclusion:1.The influence mechanism of medical integration depends not only on the market mechanism and the national policy mechanism,but also on the improvement of the national health awareness,and is based on the talent mechanism.At the same time,giving full play to good market mechanism and national policy mechanism,strengthening the health awareness of the people and providing talents for the medical integration industry can promote the medical integration industry more effectively.2.Although the degree of medical integration in China is generally not high,the degree of medical integration in various industries is generally on the rise.Therefore,there is still room for improvement and potential for development of medical integration in China.3.To promote medical integration,it is necessary to solve the supply mechanism of medical integration through financial support path,improve the effectiveness of innovation through the cooperation path of industry,university and research,indicate market orientation and strengthen brand cultivation through the leading enterprise leading path,and support the medical integration industry through policy incentive path.
