| Objective:Standardized training of residents is one of the important ways to cultivate qualified medical and health personnel in China.Taking a third-class A public hospital in Anhui Province as the research object,this paper analyzes and discusses the factors that affect the standardized training effect of residents and students’ satisfaction,and proposes corresponding countermeasures accordingly.It is expected to provide some reference for the development and improvement of innovative medical personnel training and standardized training of resident doctors.Method:First of all,literature analysis was used to search Chinese and English databases to understand relevant policy literature on standardized training of resident physicians and the current situation of physician training at home and abroad.Based on the research results of other scholars and the specific training practice in Anhui Province,the questionnaire for standardized training of residents was designed.450 questionnaires were sent to the standardized training students of the 2017-2019 unified entrance examination and graduate students of "four certificates in one" in a third-class A public hospital in Anhui Province through the questionnaire,and 420 valid questionnaires were finally collected.SPSS 26.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire,and the main factors affecting student satisfaction and training effect were studied.Face-to-face communication was actively conducted with students,leading teachers and experts from the education department of the base to understand the restrictive factors of standardized training for residents as well as their opinions and suggestions.Result:The overall satisfaction score of residents in standardized training for doctors in a Grade A public hospital in Anhui Province was 3.14±0.808 points,which was between "general" and "satisfactory" in Likert 5-level scale.Specifically,the score of "improving my own clinical professional level" was 4.08±0.56 points,the score of tutorial system was 3.66±0.989 points,the score of policy satisfaction was 3.27±0.988 points,the satisfaction of assessment method,rotation arrangement and teaching situation were 3.26±0.745 points.3.07±0.821 and 3.16±0.936;The scores of stress and salary satisfaction were 2.24±0.808 and 2.23±0.962,respectively.The correlation analysis between the above variables and the overall satisfaction of students shows that the influencing factors,such as policy attitude,improvement of professional level,tutor system,rotation arrangement,assessment method,teaching situation and salary level,are significantly correlated with the overall satisfaction of students(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Standardized training of residents can improve the clinical business ability and standard of residents,and improve the personal medical practice and the comprehensive business level of the medical institutions they serve to a certain extent.(2)There are some problems in the standardized training of residents in the third class A public hospital,such as students’ satisfaction needs to be improved,lack of reference for training quality,and lack of scientific research ability cultivation.(3)adhere to the need to recruit,reasonable development of enrollment plans,through the appropriate incentive measures to increase the attractiveness of positions;We will improve the guarantee of trainees’ benefits and enhance their enthusiasm for training.Perfecting the evaluation standard of teachers and appropriately increasing the investment in teaching can improve the satisfaction of teaching.Strengthen the training of doctors’ scientific research ability,and strive to build a medical personnel training system with Anhui characteristics. |
