| Objective:Reflux esophagitis is one of the common diseases in gastroenterology.Heartburn, acid reflux and other discomforts seriously affect the life and work of patients. Some patients need long-term oral drugs, resulting in low quality of life. The occurrence of reflux esophagitis is related to gender, hyperlipidemia, old age, hyperglycemia, dietary structure, oral calcium antagonists, anxiety and depression. This study is mainly to find out the relevant risk factors of reflux esophagitis by detecting the level of blood electrolyte, helping correctly guiding the patients’lifestyle and improving the diet structure, and improve the quality of life and work of patients with reflux esophagitis.Methods:144 patients with reflux esophagitis diagnosed by endoscopy in our hospital from May 2020 to may 2021 were selected as the case group, and 153healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The corresponding liver function, blood glucose, blood lipid, electrolyte and blood routine results were collected and recorded.Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of patients with reflux esophagitis, and ROC curve was used to evaluate the clinical value of serum K+,Na+,Ca2+concentration in reflux esophagitis. Results:Multivariate analysis showed that with the increase of serum Ca2+(OR:6434.147,95%CI:242.710-170566.573,P<0.001),the risk of reflux esophagitis was higher. The concentrations of serum K+,Na+and Ca2+were independent risk factors of reflux esophagitis. With the increase of serum K+(OR:0.067,95%CI:0.026-0.176,P<0.001)and Na+(OR:0.685,95%CI:0.574-0.818,P<0.001),the risk of reflux esophagitis was lower.ROC curve indicates that the area under the curve of the three subjects is between 0.7-1.0.For serum electrolyte K+,the area under the working curve of the subjects is 0.730,the sensitivity is 73.6%,the specificity is 60.8%,and the optimal critical value is 4.175mmol/L.For serum electrolyte Na+,the area under the working curve of the subject is 0.748,the sensitivity is 52.1%,the specificity is89.5%,and the optimal critical value is 139.25 mmol/L.For serum electrolyte Ca2+,the area under the working curve of the subject is 0.761,the sensitivity is 56.9%,the specificity is 89.5%,and the optimal critical value is 2.225 mmol/L.Conclusion:The increase of serum Ca2+concentration and the decrease of K+and Na+concentration were correlated with reflux esophagitis. |
