| Objective:1.To detect the expression of usp39 in human breast tissues.2.Analyze the relationship between USP39 expression and the clinicopathologic features of breast cancer.Methods:1.To investigate the expression of usp39 protein,68 cases of breast cancer tissues and20 cases of normal breast tissues were chosen for the immunohistochemistry(IHC).2.We collected 108 cases of breast cancer tissues and matched normal adjacent breast tissuesto detect the expression of usp39 gene by real-time PCR.Results:1.The higher expression level of USP39 protein was detected in breast cancer group compared with the normal breast tissue(P <0.05),and it is associated with histological grade,Ki67 expression(P <0.05).2.The result of RT-PCR indicates that compared with the adjacent normal tissues,the expression level of usp39 m RNA in breast cancer tissues was higher(P <0.05),it is associated with patients age,histological grade,TNM stage and Ki67 expression(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The expression level of USP39 is significantly higher in breast cancer tissues than normal breast tissues.2.The high expression of USP39 has correlation with some clinical pathological characteristics of breast cancer,USP39 maybe play a role in breast cancer. |
