| Objective To observe the moderating effects on First-episode pain threshold、recurrent pain threshold、emotion、memory of electroacupuncture(EA)at different treatment intervals on the rat model of recurrent pain induced by carrageenan;inspect rat pain threshold in different period、pain emotion、pain cognition and pain memory,observe Multi-dimension analgesic effect of different treatment intervals,screening dominant frequency of treatment recurrent pain.Methods A total of 98 SD rats were randomized into control group、model group、2Hz group、15Hz group、100Hz group、2/15Hz group、2/100Hz group,with 10 cases in each subgroup.model group and EA group injected 2%carrageenan 0.1 ml in left rear(LR)pianta to induce pain model,use the same method injected in right rear(RR)pianta after 2 weeks.At the same time,control group injected normal saline 0.1 ml.EA group treat by Electric acupuncture in 5 h、1d、2d、3d、4d and 5d after first injection,EA(2/100 Hz,1~2mA)was respectively applied to bilateral "Zusanli"(ST 36)for 30 min,model group restraint as EA group.Inspect 7 group pain threshold of 4h、1d、5d after first injection and 4h、1d、3d after second injection.Inspect preprocessing,postprocessing 1d、15d and 18d CPA level of rats.Result(1)Influent to First-episode pain:in comparison with control group,model group pain threshold after first injection on 4h and 5d were significantly lower(P<0.01).in comparison with model group,after first injection on 5d,2Hz group and 2/100Hz group pain threshold were significantly riser(P<0.01),but 15Hz group、100Hz group and 2/15Hz group had no marked analgesic effect(P>0.05)(2)Influent to recurrent pain:in comparison with control group,model group pain threshold after second injection on 4h and 3d were significantly lower(P<0.01).in comparison with model group,different frequency EA group had no marked analgesic effect(P>0.05).(3)Influent to pain memory:in comparison with control group,all model group after second injection were significantly lower(P<0.01),but 2/100Hz group had no marked analgesic effect(P>0.05).in comparison with model group,15Hz group、100Hz group and 2/15Hz group had no marked analgesic effect(P>0.05),but 2Hz、2/100Hz pain threshold were significantly riser(P<0.01).After second injection on 3d,in comparison with control group,model group、15Hz、100Hz and 2/15Hz were significantly lower(P<0.01),but 2Hz、2/100Hz group had no marked analgesic effect(P>0.05);in comparison with model group,15Hz group、100Hz group and 2/15Hz group had no marked analgesic effect(P>0.05),but 2Hz、2/100Hz pain threshold were significantly riser(P<0.01).(4)Influent to CPA behavior of First-episode pain rats:in comparison with preprocessing,the stay time in condition box of control group had no marked analgesic effect(P>0.05),the stay time in condition box of model group were significantly lower(P<0.01),the stay time in condition box of 2Hz and 15Hz were moderate lower(P<0.05),but the stay time in condition box of 100Hz、2/15Hz and 2/100Hz had no marked analgesic effect(P>0.05).(5)Influent to CPA behavior of recurrent pain rats:in comparison with preprocessing,After postprocessing 18d,the stay time in condition box of control group had no marked analgesic effect(P>0.05),the stay time in condition box of model group and 15Hz were moderate lower(P<0.05),but 2Hz、100Hz、2/15Hz and 2/100Hz had no marked analgesic effect(P>0.05).Conclusion 2Hz and 2/100Hz are dominant frequency of treatment First-episode pain;100Hz、2/15Hz and 2/100Hz are dominant frequency of relieve pain emotion;2Hz and 2/100Hz can block occurrence and representation of pain memory;2Hz、100Hz、2/15Hz and 2/100Hz are dominant frequency of relieve pain cognition and pain memory. |
