A Risk Factor For Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Complicated By Acute Kidney Injury And Its Syndrome Differentiation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Analysis

Objective Exploration of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome(Primary Nephrotic Syndrome,PNS)complicated with Acute Kidney Injury(Acute Kidney Injury,AKI)risk factors of traditional Chinese medicine and its analysis,so that in the course of disease development,the emergence of reducing risk factors as much as possible,or in the related risk factors of early risk factors,as far as possible to improve the prognosis,the recovery of renal function and improve the patients survival rate and so on.Methods Adopts case-control study method,collected a total of 155 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome,of which 70 patients complicated with acute kidney injury,85 cases of patients with acute kidney injury,including general information,TCM syndrome types,laboratory index and pathological data,analysis the indicators whether patients with primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with acute kidney injury.Results(1)The study results show that the various pathological types of primary nephrotic syndrome can be acute kidney injury,notably the IgA nephropathy,mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis,membranous nephropathy is seen,for primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with 94%of the patients with acute kidney injury.(2)the process of the development of disease in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome,infection,edema,could induce the patients with acute kidney injury.(3)through the binary classification Logistic regression analysis,24 hours urinary protein quantitative(beta=0.379,OR=0.379,P<0.05),blood uric acid(beta=0.009,OR=0.009,P<0.05),diuretics(beta=1.655,OR=1.655,P<0.05),infection(beta=1.604,OR=1.604,P<0.05)in patients with primary nephrotic syndrome is complicated by a risk factor for acute kidney injury.Remove the pathological type of IgA nephropathy,the results showed that 24 hours urinary protein quantitative(beta=0.368,OR=0.368,P<0.05),blood uric acid(beta=0.013,OR=0.013,P<0.05),infection(beta=2.091,OR=2.091,P<0.05)is the primary nephrotic syndrome complicated with acute kidney injury in patients with risk factors.Conclusion Of primary nephrotic syndrome disease development,infection,edema in particular moderately severe edema can increase the risk of patients complicated by acute kidney injury.Various pathological types of primary nephrotic syndrome can be acute kidney injury,among them with IgA nephropathy,mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis,membranous nephropathy is seen.Qi and Yin deficiency,rheumatism inside,stay in the turbidity toxin is a risk factor for primary nephrotic syndrome complicated by acute kidney injury.Rheumatism process can be considered as one kidney disease activity process,in this process,patients with primary nephrotic syndrome is complicated with acute kidney injury.
