Professor Dong Youqi’experience On Treating Wind-heat And Dampness Type Pediatric Allergic Purpura With Jin Chan Tuo Yi Decoction

Objective Introducing in detail Professor Dong youqi’experience on treating pediatric allergic purpura with jing chan tuo yi decoction.Analysing the etiology and pathogenesis of infantile diarrhea,recommending component and principle of the prescription.And through collecting and analying in Ningbo with recent two years of the basic situation and clinical symptoms of pediatric allergic purpura.Discussing the clinical featues of wind-heat and dampness type pediatric allergic purpura’ clinical features,which in order to guide clinical therapy.Methods Collects and summarizes Professor Dong youqi’experience on treating wind-heat and dampness type pediatric allergic purpura with jin chan tuo yi decoction.Collected 128 cases from December 2013 to March 2016 in Ningbo Chinese Medicine Hospital where Professor Dong Youqi in treating of pediatric allergic purpura.The data includes:①Name、gender、age、symptoms、signs、syndrome types and so on.②Selected out of the wind-heat and dampness type、primary or recurrent,which treated with the self-made jing chan tuo yi decoction,compared the syndrome scores of these children between before and after treatment,then analysis the clinical featues of wind-heat and dampness type pediatric allergic purpura’clinical features,which in order to guide clinical therapy.③Observing the recurrence rate.Results The syndrome types of pediatric allergic purpura were as follows:There were collected 128 cases of pediatric allergic purpura,which wind-heat dampness and dampness type were 117 cases,others were 11 cases,then symptom integral and total integral were comparatively analyzed between before treatment and after treatment in jin chan tuo yi decoction,There was a significant or very significant difference(P<0.01).Among the 117 cases of wind-heat and dampness type pediatric allergic purpura,primary is 82 cases,relapsing is 35 cases,then comparing and observing the effective rate after treatment.Conclusion Frist,Professor Dong Youqi thinks that the wind-heat and dampness is the main causes of pediatric allergic purpura.There were collected 128 cases of pediatric allergic purpura when wind-heat dampness and dampness type were 117 cases,it may prove that wind-heat and dampness type is mainly in the clinica.Second,to the wind-heat and dampness type of pediatric allergic purpura,Professor Dong always uses self-made jin chan tuo yi decoction to treat,it comes into effectand and can be used for clinical promotion;Third,no matter primary or recurrent in pediatric allergic purpura,both are effective when using jin chan tuo yi decoction.The efficient of primary is 93.90%,recurrent is 94.29%,the total rate is 94.02%.Fourth,the symptoms and signs were with low recurrence.
