Objective:this subject mainly to COPD in severe patients with stable practice sitting, the indexes of lung function monitoring patients(L),6MWD,Borg index and SGRQ score, effect of traditional Qigong Baduanjin on sitting type eight with stable, lung function in patients with stage COPD activity tolerance and quality of life by contrast. Methods:a randomized controlled study, selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine in 132 inpatients in 2012 from June to December, divided into 2 groups, intervention group 63 cases, control group 60 cases. The intervention test group adhere to the regular practice of sitting, sooner or later each do 1 times,a total of 2 times, each time for 40 minutes, the control group using conventional drug treatment,to maintain the existing way of life unchanged.A total of 6 month observation period, respectively,in practice,to practice after 1 months,3 months and 6 months after testing in patients with lung function index FEV1,FVC,FEV1%and FEV1/FVC,6MWD,Borg index and SGRQ score.Result:1 before treatment, the FEV1 of intervention group was 0.93 ± 0.14,FVC was 1.86± 0.89,FEV1%was 48.20± 11.28,FEV1/FVC was 45.23 ±10.28,FEV1 of the control group was 0.95 ± 10.15,FVC was 1.82± 1.12,FEV1%was 48.45± 10.34,FEV1/FVC was 46.12± 11.17,treatment 6 months later, the FEV1 of intervention group was 1.18 ± 0.18,FVC was 2.28±1.34,FEV1%was 58.31± 13.23,FEV1/FVC was 57± 10.78,FEV1 of the control group was 0.96 ± 0.17,FVC was 1.83± 1.08,FEV1%was 47.45±11.18,FEV1/FVC was 45.94± 10.28,intervention group compared with control group,5 indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Before treatment,6 minutes walk test(6MWD),the intervention group was 342.18± 30.93(m),the control group was 343.27± 31.45(m);6 months after treatment, the intervention group was 398.17 ± 43.86,control group was 342.18 ± 30.93,2 groups of patients were compared, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).3.Borg score before treatment, the intervention group was 7.56 ± 0.81,control group was 7.53± 0.78;after 6 months of treatment, the intervention group the Borg score was 7.57 ± 0.62,control group was 7.52 ± 0.79,2 groups of patients were compared, there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.St George’s respiratory questionnaire scale(SGRQ),respiratory symptoms score before treatment in intervention group was 76.83± 4.46,limitation of activity score was 74.21 ± 4.39,70.56 ± 3.78 diseases that affect the score, score of respiratory symptoms in control group was 77.12± 5.26,limitation of activity score was 73.67±4.56,disease impact score was 71.76±3.89;after 6 months of treatment, the treatment of respiratory symptoms score group was 70.86±4.05,limitation of activity score was 67.98± 3.97,64.23± 3.85 diseases that affect the score, score of respiratory symptoms in control group was 76.34± 4.78,limitation of activity score was 74.12±4.64,disease influence score was 70.23± 3.67,2 groups of patients in comparison,3 aspects of restricted activity, respiratory symptoms and disease effects were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:long-term pulmonary function sitting BaduanJin Exercise can severe COPD patients in stable phase in improving, activity tolerance and quality of life, worthy of clinical application.
