| Objective:This study will explore the clinical efficacy of BuShenShuGan Decoction on the treatment of PiXuGanYu type recurrent spontaneous abortion,through clinical observation,providing safe and effective treatment to the patients of PiXuGanYu type recurrent spontaneous abortion as well as clinical basis for a wide range of application of this prescription.Methods:The cases come from recurrent spontaneous abortion patients at the Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang College.There are a total of 138 cases in line with its inclusion and exclusion criteria.In accordance with the principles of randomized controlled,patients were divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received oral decoction of TCM.The control group received western medicine.After treatment,we will observe the changes in serum progesterone(P)and β-HCG,gestational sac size,symptom score,self-rating anxiety scale and extent of clinical symptoms,then compare and analyze the overall treatment efficacy in both groups of patients before and after treatment.Completely recording the original data and applying SPSS16.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:This study shows that the treatment group and the control group are compared in total efficiency,TCM symptom score,the section main clinical symptoms comparison,self-rating anxiety scale,five weeks’P and β-HCG the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group.But the comparison in eight and ten weeks’P and β-HCG,the difference is not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment group and the control group both enjoy considerable effect in this regard.Conclusion:BuShenShuGan Decoction is an effective description for PiXuGanYu type recurrent spontaneous abortion,which is better in changing patients’ clinical symptoms and TCM symptom scores than the control group.It can also improve patient’s serum P and the level of serum β-HCG,promoting the growth of gestational sac,and during the treatment.It can be widely used in clinical practice. |
