Pien Tze Huang(PZH)is a well-known precious traditional Chinese medicines(TCM)formula,which is production by Zhang zhou PZH Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd.It constitute of musk,bezoar,snake,Radix Notoginseng and other components,and has good effect on acute and chronic hepatitis.In this paper,study on channel tropism,chemical composition,blood components and targeted therapy for hepatitis B of PZH.how to according the super molecular imprinting template and the theory of Chinese Medicine to improve the target therapy for hepatitis and to developing targeting preparation of TCM for everyone’s attention.Objective: PZH as a model drug,Predict the composition of PZH can be pass through liver by molecular connectivity index;Research Chemical composition of PZH;Using SD rats as experimental animal,Research blood components of PZH;Using HBV transgenic mice as experimental animal,to study the target preparation of PZH and its effective in the treatment of hepatitis,for the following comprehensive expansion of effective chemical constituents and provide experimental basis to target treatment of hepatitis B.Methods:(1)Collect components of PZH by literature and database,compare with the published the molecular connectivity index calculation of literature,to study the Characteristics of supramolecular guest of PZH;(2)Analysis chemical constituents of PZH by UPLC-MS;(3)SD rats as the experimental animal,to analysis blood components in vivo by HPLC;(4)With lamivudine as positive drug,analysis the effectiveness of the treatment of hepatitis with PZH,statistics and comparative.Results:(1)The liver established laboratory by the chemical composition of Chinese medicine molecular connectivity index was 9.47,PZH molecular connectivity index of components group was 9.22,component of PZH can target the liver;(2)According to the relevant literature and mass spectrometry data,35 compounds were identified,including 26 kinds of saponins and steroids 7,other types of 2;(3)The best wavelength was 203 nm of PZH;The dosage was 6 times;determine the sampling time for 1 h after administration,plasm has 27 components,9 components come from plasm,5 components come from PZH,14 components was new identified,3components into the blood of Notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Rgl;(4)The statistical results of the index in hepatitis B show that : between the 7 groups was statistically significant,while the group was not statistically significant;in the HBs Ag: Lamivudine group in the effectiveness of the optimal treatment of hepatitis B,PZH high dose group and the combined with radix bupleuri;in the TB and ALT: Lamivudine group and PZH combined with radix bupleuri,in terms of the optimal treatment of hepatitis B,PZH high dose group and radix bupleuri: plus,low dose group of the PZH targeted analysis showed that the radix bupleuri can make PZH into clustering targeting to liver,improve PZH efficacy in the treatment of hepatitis.Conclusion: This study predicts PZH can pass liver,in vivo and in vitro composition of PZH had been research,its has good results in treatment hepatitis B and targeting preparation of PZH.The study will provide basis experimental for further study on the effective constituents of hepatitis B and the targeting preparation of CTM.
