The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Diminished Ovarian Reserve By Acupuncture And Yu Yin Pill And Ovarian Changes With Color Doppler Ultrasound

Objective:The clinical trials of acupuncture treatment in patients with decreased ovarian reserve with yin deficiency of liver and kidney function,were observed in the change of menstruation,FSH,LH,E2,FSH/LH and changes of ovarian volume,AFC,PSV,RI,change the PI index through the color Doppler ultrasound.from the analysis of ovarian blood flow status,we can evaluate the curative effect of acupuncture treatmentMethods:40 patients with diminished ovarian reserve from gynecology clinic in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine among August in 2016-March in 2017,who accord with the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,are randomly divided into two groups:treatment group:Electroacupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine group(20 people),the control group:placebo acupuncture plus traditional Chinese medicine group(20 people).Acupuncture acupoints:Guanyuan,Zusanli and Sanyinjiao,Taixi(bilateral),Taichong(bilateral),zigong guilai,3 times in per week,lasting 20 min.menstrual period stop for comfort.the control group’therapy is the non acupoint superficial needling,with acupuncture instrument special electric power line connection(a special power line as the middle wire cut,which looks as normal;electroacupuncture instrument display on state,but no current output).Yuyin pill is prepared from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,taking 3 consecutive months,menstrual withdrawal.Each treated patients should be collected peripheral serum bFSH bLH,bE2 on monthly menstruation third days,and observation of ovarian volume,at the same time,AFC,PSV,PI,RI.and evaluated the efficacy of the two groups.After treated for 3 months,observe the clinical curative effect before and after treatment.Results:(1)Compared to clinical curative effect between the control group and the treatment group:the treatment group’s clinical curative effect and effective rate are higher than the control group’s.It indicated that the clinical curative effect of the treatment on Yu Yin pill+electro acupuncture therapy is better.(2)Compared to MBL score between the control group and the treatment group:comparison of two groups,there are significant differences(P<0.01),description of Yu Yin pill and Yu Yin pill + electroacupuncture therapy combined can both significantly improve the ovarian reserve function in patients with menstrual volume.After treatment between the two groups,there was significant difference(P<0.05)that,in improving patients with hypomenorrhea symptoms,Yu Yin pill+electro acupuncture effects has a better effect than single using Yu Yin Pill(3)Compared to serum hormone between the control group and the treatment group:in the two groups before and after treatment,FSH,LH,E2,FSH/LH,are significant differences(P<0.01),showing that the Yu Yin pill therapy and Yu Yin pill+electroacupuncture combined therapy both can improve the hormone levels of patients after treatment between the two groups.LH and E2 have a significant difference(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in other aspects.Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group is roughly the same,only in LH,E2 slightly advantage.(4)comparing the ultrasound indexes of two groups,ovarian volume,AFC,PSV,PI,RI are significantly different(P),showing that the sole use of Yu yin and Yu Yin pill+electro acupuncture therapy can improve patients ovarian stromal blood flow.After treatment between the two groups:PSV,PI,RI have significant difference,while there are no significant differences in MOD and AFC,indicating that the treatment group and the control group in terms of ovarian volume are roughly comparable advantages in ovarian stromal blood flow more.Conclusion:According with acupuncture combined with Yu Yin pills and placebo with Yu Yin Pill to Diminished Ovarian Reserve of patients with too little menstruation,I draw the following conclusions:1.Electroacupuncture combined with Yu Yin pill and placebo with Yu Yin Pill can both correct the symptoms of Diminished Ovarian Reserve in women.The effect of electroacupuncture combined with Yu Yin pill is better2.In terms of serum sex hormones,electroacupuncture combined with Yu Yin pill and placebo with Yu Yin Pill can both improve the hormone level of Diminished Ovarian Reserve in women.Electroacupuncture in DOR patients can play a role in improving in LH,E2.in terms of FSH,there was no statistical significance.3.In terms of ultrasound,the improvement of ovarian function in women with decreased ovarian function was mainly manifested in the aspects of AFC,PSV,PI,RI,and little improvement in ovarian volumeelectroacupuncture combined with Yu Yin pill and placebo with Yu Yin Pill can both improve the ovary’blood of Diminished Ovarian Reserve in women.Electroacupuncture in DOR patients have a better impact in PSV,PI,RI,and little improvement in ovarian volume and AFC.
