Objective:(1)To explore the constitutive regularity of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,and to analyze the related factors affecting the incidence of children,and provide reference for TCM prevention and treatment.(2)By detecting the levels of serum vitamin A,vitamin E and immune globulin in children with recurrent respiratory infections and healthy children to explore the correlation between recurrent respiratory tract infection and serum vitamin and immune globulin levels in children,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:(1)By means of questionnaire survey,137 children with RRTI were collected and sorted out,and the key points of syndrome differentiation of TCM syndromes were summarized.(2)Randomly selected 60 children with RRTI were experimental group.In the same period,30 healthy children were treated as control group.Two groups of children were grouped by age group:1 year old to 3 years old,3 years old to 6 years old,and older than 6 years old.(3)Observe the general situation,vitamin A,vitamin E,immune globulin level.Results:(1)Clinical investigation:①Of the 137 children with RRTI,55 children were in remission period and 82 children were in acute infectious stage.There were 72 cases of upper respiratory tract infection,33 cases of bronchitis and 32 cases of pneumonia.②The ratio of male and female was 1.3:1,the age was mainly 3 to 6 years old,and the incidence was mainly in winter and spring,with respiratory infection and weather changes as the main inducing factors.Children with RRTI and course of the disease,age,starting age,season to season of birth,good hair,pregnancies,feeding ways all have correlation,children with allergic rhinitis,eczema,etc.③Constitution classification:deficiency of mass 49 cases(about 35.8%),Yang deficiency 37 cases(about 27.0%),qi Yin deficiency of 22 patients(about 16.1%),Yin deficiency 7 cases(5.1%),10 cases of phlegm wet mass(about 7.3%),hot and humid mass 7 cases(5.1%),dyspepsia wind-cold mass in 3 patients(about 2.2%),normal mass in 2 cases(1.4%),blood stasis of 0.(2)General conditions:the sex composition comparison,average age comparison,age group comparison and average weight comparison of the experimental group and control group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Vitamins:①The serum VA and VE levels were significantly lower in the experimental group than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②The serum VA and VE levels in the experimental group were positively correlated,with statistical significance(r=0.33,P<0.05).③Compared with preschool group,the VA level difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with preschool group and preschool group,the difference of VA level was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with preschool group and preschool group,VE level difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the preschool group and the school age group(P>0.05).④Different gender children with RRTI comparison:serum levels of VA,VE pairwise comparison,there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(4)Immune globulin:①The serum IgA and IgG levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum IgM level between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).②The serum IgA,IgG and IgM levels were both significantly correlated and positively correlated,with statistical significance(P<0.05).③Compared with preschoolers and school-age groups,IgA difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IgA between the preschool group and the school age group(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of IgG(P>0.05).The difference of IgM was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in IgM between the preschool group and the preschool group and the children group(P>0.05).④Comparison of serum immune globulin levels in children with different gender RRTI:there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The constitution of RRTI children was obviously predisposing,and was dominated by Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency.RRTI is related to age,course of disease,starting age,season of birth,good season,pregnancy and feeding.There are many cases of allergic rhinitis and eczema in children with RRTI,and clinical syndrome differentiation can be used to improve the level of clinical differentiation.(2)The serum VA,VE,IgA and IgG levels in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection are related to the occurrence and development of RRTI.The deficiency of VA,VE and Ig may lead to weakened immune function and its level may be the susceptibility factor of children RRTI.(3)The serum VA and VE levels of RRTI children were positively correlated,and their level gradually decreased with age,and the VA and VE could be combined to assist in the prevention and treatment of childhood RRTI.
